Ive bought from B&H in past. Unique NYC store with a great online reputation for good prices. I bought my Tuner/Amp not expecting much (replacing an old Onkyo that died). Using for a home speaker system. Sound is clear. Bluetooth works very good. Id probably give it 20- 30 feet distance without obstacles. Easy to use and works as advertised. Happy returning shopper. I will shop at B&H in the future again.

Needed an extra battery for my documentation of the 2019 NYC Gay Pride weekend. I live in Baltimore so ordered it online for pick-up shortly after my Friday, 28 June 2019 arrival. After arriving, walked over to B&H in NYC, picked up my order. And was very impressed with the operation. No doubt, will purchase more from B&H online in the future and make a point to stop the Manhattan store during a future visit.

I searched in two different shops in NYC as well as online; I also read articles and reviews before purchasing this model from B&H. I use it with my beloved and substantial Swarovski ATX/STX spotting scope so I was particularly concerned about getting a reasonably priced tripod befitting such a fine optical instrument. So far I have used it in the field, snowshoeing in New Hampshire and keep it setup in a place inside where I can observe the natural world outside my home. The tripod is easy to use and set up. The quick release is designed to be just that but with the protection of a failsafe mechanism that will not allow the user to release a spotting scope by mistake. It comes with an equally well-designed carrying case. The controls are tight, adjustable and secure. I have been able to take clear, sharp photos with my iPhone held to the eyepiece. Their quality is due in no small measure to the stability of the tripod. I look forward to many trips with the scope mounted on the Manfrotto tripod. I recommend this tripod without reservation. I also commend the staff at B&H for sharing their knowledge, making good recommendations and their honest, straightforward assistance in helping me to select this excellent and reasonably priced tripod.

I like shooting in NYC with this lens. Fairly sharp images. Relatively cheap but fast lens at F2.0 !

This cheap 35mm f2 lens was a life saver for me. I visited NYC for PhotoSafari and forgot my WideAngel Lens at home. With 50mm and 70-200mm lens you can only photograph details on buildings but to get building in the frame - impossible. Great Lens for Start.

Lots of knock-off eye clamps are starting to show up online with cheap stamped out washers to make the parts fit right. These are genuine Global Truss manufactured machined parts that fit perfectly.

The first remote I used was a cheap knock off from an online retailer and had a cord that kept getting tangled. It only lasted through two sittings. This remote has been great! In my first sitting, I was able to photograph 5 children. One of them needed some extra persuasion to smile and I was free to move about to make this happen. I would definitely recommend this cordless remote when photographing children or pets! It's like having two extra hands!

I got a cheap trigger online, it didn't work, got this one and it missed fired a couple of times but most of the time it does fine. if you can afford to misfire a couple of times you are good with this product
