Oak Corner Television Stand

I'm not crazy about gushing 5-star reviews, and yet this is one. This seems like the perfect stand for me. I wanted something sturdy as an oak tree, with wheels or accepting of casters, able to take a 'real' boom to hold a monolight with a large modifier. This is the stand. I unboxed it, rolled it around, and started feeling I might finally be a pro :-) That's about it, easy to adjust and converts to a straight stand in seconds without the wheels coming off. Only thing to mention is the weight, it's a beast, but I knew that and decided I could live with a little exercise when it came time to lug it around in exchange for the benefits. As far as I can tell this is the least I needed to spend to be happy with a stand, and though it's not inexpensive I think this is the price point for me and I will probably buy more of these as I grow my studio.

I'm a television and film professional and I purchase Matthews products every chance I get. This stand will not disappoint.

This is a great stand when you need a menace arm but have no space on the backend. It squeezes into a corner nicely!

If you'd like more flexibility with your television, then hanging on the wall, and you want to be able to move it to various locations, this is the only stand to get. It's completely stable, infinitely strong, reasonably priced and very easy to move. I highly recommend it.

This is the second FPS6000 stand I purchased. Both are used to hold and elevate LED Smart TV's to prevent mounting to apartment walls. This stand is holding a Samsung 49 UHD Curved television and the other stand is holding a 40 Samsung LED television. The 49 television met the weight requirements for the mount and the TV is attached using VESA mount extension arms attached to the mount (photo attached). The stand is well constructed and sturdy enough to hold the television without shaking even when raised. It definitely needs to be on a level surface. The legs can extend further which will provide additional stabilization. I would suggest if using for speaker or display - to add a sandbag weight particularly if it will be in high traffic area. The stand is light enough to pack and carry in light stand bag when used to hold the 40 TV when used as mobile display.

the arc Soundbar sits in front of the television on a stand and I have added a pair of symfonisk bookshelf speakers to the side of the main sitting area to create a surround sound effect.I hope at a future date to add the subwoofer.

Very tidy stand. Works well in the corner and all the cords can be hidden giving the stand a very clean look. It was easy to assemble by one person. We attached the TV we purchased and it also was easy. I love the way the stand and TV look in a small space.

Well worth a little more cash for this version having the right angle plug on the backside, much easier to stand up on a corner without stressing the XLR cable. Build quality appears to be good but I have only used it on one week long shoot, I suspect it will continue to do fine.

I bought this to get an Octabox a little further away during podcasting. It was on a stand behind my desk, in a corner of the room. The spread of the stand meant the lighting was almost over the computer screen - which made seeing the screen tough. This allowed me to wall mount it about 6-8 further back. It is MUCH bigger and stronger than I had imagined or needed. Well worth the money.
