Old Macbook Charger Converter

So far, I have no issues with the magsafe converter. After converting to a newer macbook I was afraid that my old charger would be worthless. To make the problem worse, I knew I would need a second charger to leave at the office. Luckily, I came across this adapter before I bought a second charger! The magnetic connect between eh adapter and the charger is VERY strongI'm not worried that it will accidentally fall off. Otherwise, I wouldn't notice that this wasn't a standard magsafe 2.

Has all the ports a modern MacBook user would need. I wish it had HDMI, but one can use a converter.

I use this cable to connect my macbook to my converter in my home studio. My old thunderbolt cable was only 10' feet long so I constantly had to run back and forth from the desk to the recording area to run sessions. There is effectively 0 latency even with the long 33' run, and everything sounds incredible. Couldn't be happier with this product!

Bought the AVT-3155A Scan Converter by AV Toolbox to our new MacBook Pro with our existing teleprompter that requires NTSC component video input. Worked great right out of the box.

Old school: a cord.

This product is cheaper than Olympus charges for their charger. It also comes with a car charger (which I love the idea of) and a European converter. I've already charged my battery up, it worked quick and I'm ready for vacation!

I'm using this battery with a GH5S and BMD Mini SDI converter for a broadcast setup. In my tests 50% of this battery's capacity gets me 4 hours of 4k onboard recording with HDMI out, plus powering the BMD mini-converter the whole while. And it gets just a little arm to the touch but never hot. Fantastic for my needs. I hope it holds up over time. I was able to charge it very quickly with my 100W GaN USB C charger. It's really great you don't need a special charger for this battery. Only thing to watch out for is the positioning of the PTAP - depending on your connector in can cover one or both of the USB ports making it hard to power multiple devices at the same time.
