Old Shredded Paper Collages

Perfect paper to use in collages.

I am photographing my collages and transforming them in Photoshop. The printed images are exquisite on the surface of this sturdy paper.

I like to make large prints with my wide format Epson printer. This paper is perfect for this, as I can use as is or cut to a smaller size. Used it to make 13X19 collages for family members of a wedding and a retirement party. Each collage contained approx. 20-30 different photos of the events. I presented it to them as a gift. What I like about collages is that you can see the whole event in one photo.

Unlike some shredded paper that is crinkled, B&H shredded paper is non abrasive, perfect for packing fragile glass items.

I use this with my P800 printer. Old photo restorations have the look and feel of vintage prints. I've wanted to make prints that look like what I get with this paper for over 40 years. No traditional photo papers ever came close to the beautiful matte blacks that can be achieved with this Epson paper and their pigmented inks.

I create collages from my photographs, objects around the house, assemblages and sculptures I make, and found images. I print on the finest digital archival photo papers, Canson Infinity Platine Fibre Rag being one of my favorites.

I live in a retirement community and do photo exhibits of large collages and unusual shots of our activities and travel. The photo paper is excellent It eats a lot of ink that is very expensive.
