It was very easy to install the SSD, only a matter of minutes from start to finish. After we powered everything back up, the system immediately recognized the new drive. The console's speed test showed the drive running at 6561MB/s, which is more than 1000MB/s faster than the suggested minimum. The 990 PRO works perfectly inside our console, and the massive 2TB capacity lets us keep all our games at the ready, with room to spare. Games load up almost immediately, even a little quicker than when they’re installed on the system’s internal drive. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with the 990 PRO in our video game console. It's better than I expected. I'm not an avid video game player but this makes it new and exciting to play games. I bought this unit for my Granddaughter but my birthday is coming up and I want one now.
