Works perfectly with my olympus om1 mk2.

I purchased this bag to hold my new Olympus OM1-Mk2 camera, 3 Zuiko Pro zoom lenses and Olympus FL-900R flash unit (plus a few extra batteries, lens cleaning clothes, tele-extender, etc). It's incredibly well made, rugged, and very professional looking. If there's a downside to it, it's that the empty bag itself is a bit on the heavy side - but it the weight were any concern at all I would've purchased a nylon one.

Exactly what I needed for carrying my Olympus OM1 MkIII with 100-400 mm zoom and 2X teleconverter attached on field trips; Fits in it perfectly well, even with the lens shade on; Very well made of excellent materials.

My poor Olympus OM1 was crying out for a light meter. The used OM1 came with a mercury battery which was no longer working. I didn’t really need it with Tri-x 400 which is really hard to miss an exposure. But I ruined a roll of Velvia 50 by not getting my exposures right. Never again! I just developed another roll of Velvia 50 and it came out perfect thanks to this little battery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quite a tight fit for the Olympus OM1 and 12-40 Pro 2 lens. Maybe the 9L would have been better. The bag itself is beautiful and well put together.

I have a slightly over-developed loyalty to Olympus, from my early days with the OM1, through the various OM numbers, and now the E5 to add to my E1 and E3. I am mostly a bird photographer so I feel like I have lucked out with the Olympus 4/3 system which gives me double the reach for a fairly compact lens and camera arrangement. There was nothing wrong with the E3, but if anything, the picture quality (not just pixels) is even better with he E5. I doubt I will use the video function, and shoot mostly through the viewfinder, so do not use the screen very much, but the larger size helps in reviewing 'in the field'. All-in-all, until there is an E7 or whatever, this is state-of-the-art, and although they are hard to convert, my Nikon and Canon friends cannot help but admire my set up.

I have this type of folding lens hood for my Canon film camera and wanted the same type of lens hood for my Olympus digital camera that I use quite a bit, as I didn't care for the hard lens hood it came with. I also ordered the wide angle lens hood for the digital also, but haven't used that one yet. With the 'folding rubber lens hood', I can leave it on my camera all the time, till I'm ready to use it. I've used it when taking close up shots of flowers and it helps with blocking the glare. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants something quick and easy to use.

I have been an 35mm SLR user since 1964 and an Olympus digital SLR user since 2004. I have eight Oly digital lenses and this 14-35mm f2 lens is the ultimate. Output at all f-stops from 2 -11 at any focal length are spectacular. You will not notice too great a difference on a 4x6 print; but on an 11x14 and 13x19 prints you will notice, as they are phenomonal. Clarity and color accuracy are superb. I thought the 11-22mm lens was excellent; but this 14-35 lens is in a class by itself. Photos with great contrast are easily handled. Indoor low light photos are a piece of cake. Other reviews of this lens have criticized its low light focusing. When I tried the S-AF focus option on the E-3 in low to very low lighting, the focusing was definitely slow; BUT when I switched to C-AF focus option, the focus was dead on and immediate with all focusing and exposure options at all f-stops I tried. In other words, there is no focus problem when you use the camera properly. If you buy this lens, it will be on your camera 80-90% of the time, except when you are shooting wildlife, distance sports, etc. Then you can use Olympus' superb telephoto 50-200mm lens (100-400mm, 35mm equivalent)--couple it with the great Oly 2x extender for a 200-800mm, 35mm equivalent. Folks, don't believe all the negative comments about the small sensor used in the Olympus DSLRs -- when you can print fantastic 13x19 photos (and larger sizes, I'm sure, but 13x19 is the largest my Epson R1800 will print), why bother with a full frame Nikon or Canon beast, unless you'r a professional sports photog and money is no object. For the rest of the camera world, the Olypmus E-system with fabulous digital-specific lenses are way more than adequate. I can't say enough positive comments about this one-of-a-kind lens. You will not be disappointed with this lens.

I recently purchased an Olympus ep2 camera and the Hadley Digital Bag for it and the optional lens too. This shoulder pad is an excellent addition to this already steller quality bag. The Pad keeps 'slippage' to a non issue. I would recommend this Pad as a great addition to an already great bag, I just wish that at this price point it would have been included.
