After searching for companies that offer this product, I found B&H to be one of the few to offer this product and also have live customer service representatives on to chat with you if you need any help. The customer representative answered all my questions with a friendly attitude and patience and helped me choose the correct product for me. Next was the shipping, as i needed this for my digital photography class (and due to my procrastination I waited for the last minute) I was worried that I wouldn't receive it on time but the shipping was extremely quick and free since the item hit the minimum for free shipping. I received my item on time, and when I went to school I finally opened my package which was in perfect condition, both ends of the paper were packaged with spools in order to keep the paper undamaged and the paper itself was wrapped in plastic to protect it from your hands. I ended up printing for my assignment and found out that the paper was a great choice recommended by the associate and the quality of the paper was great at a fair price. My images looked beautiful, with vivid colors and the paper only gave my photos the finished touch I desired! Thank you guys for your great customer service and good quality products. I have been scanning tax and other documents and then shredding them to free up space in our safe. I've been using an Epson flatbed scanner until I purchased the DS-410. I would have taken me at least 30 minutes to scan what I've just finished but with the DS-410, less than 5 minutes. And the DS-410 can do both sides at the same time and save as .pdf file. 5 |
