Need I say any more? It works!! Excellent reproduction of Brass Instrument Sounds! How can this be possible at sub $100??

This mic will pretty much blow your mind with how clean it records. The brass instrument clip isn't that great. It wouldn't stay secured on the trumpet I mounted it on. Plus, certain mutes will prevent it from mounting entirely. I'm sure the clip is very instrument dependent, so plan for backup mounting options. When in doubt, gaff tape.

After using standard velcro ties for my instrument cables, I was always looking for something better. Something that wouldn't slip and slide all up and down the cable. In these, I finally found the perfect solution and my cables are much more tidy.

Does the job fine. Nicely engineered. The brass button on the side facilitates a quick, smooth slide-in for a NATO clamp, but trickier to slide off that way. Top button easier to release for removal.

The ONLY Step-Up Ring(s) you will ever buy again. That's because Heliopan makes THE ONLY brass Step-Up Ring(s). The rest are all made of aluminum. Pricsy. Yes, but if you've ever had your expensive filter stuck tight to any of the other brands of aluminum Step-Up Rings, you know what I'm talking about-and I think I've tried most of them. Do yourself a favor, spring for the best. Considering the thousands of dollars many of us have spent on cameras and lenses over the years, this is a chance to buy the best for what amounts to pocket change

Put four screws in, slide it into your computer. Pretty easy. Only hiccup: Sliding it on I had to eyeball it pretty carefully to make sure it was gliding on the tracks. I don't remember having to eyeball it so much on the sleds that go with 2.5 HD.

Compact and not bulky at all. Only discovered the hidden pocket where you can slide folded cash or other paper items. Excellent!

Far more useful than combo of 70-200 and 28-105. Only minor problem: slide not as smooth as 100-400. It 'stutters' a bit as you slide it in and out.

Works well. The only issue is making sure it is properly seated so it doesn't slide out once you mount the modifier on your light. Only used it twice so far but happy

The ONLY thing not perfect about this head set is having to slide the on off to get it to connect. Other then that this thing is perfect. I've tried all the other sets and this one is just flat out better in every way. Anxious to see if the slider wears out from use.
