Open Camera Video Stabilization

Gopro hero 7 is one of the best action camera one of the best in video stabilization

Absolutely love so many things about this camera: stabilization, low light performance, full frame, 6k open gate, L mount, blacked out style, ability to record a huge variety of codecs for different situations... this camera is a real winner!

Very easy to open to proper height and love the base for stabilization...

I use this for video on a tripod to add stabilization in wind and for the camera that doesn't have a remote release. I can't imagine a better design, but I do wish I had some heavier ones for windier days. They're slim so they don't take up tons of space and are very heavy for their size. A great product.

I came from the A7 iii, which is now my still camera and back up video cam. If you like the A7 iii as a video cam you will love this. It's the same form factor, so you can bring it anywhere, but it shoot like a cinema cam. I love it because you can build it up or strip it down. Easily slap it on a gimbal or hand hold it because of the excellent onboard stabilization. I have the Atomos Ninja 5, which allows for raw shooting (which I have yet to do). I've read a ton of reviews from reputable reviewers and the consensus is that it's the best camera in its weight class. The auto focus is insane, great image quality, excellent dynamic range, built in stabilization - low light performance is off the charts. Great camera. I should say I don't plan on using it as a camera for stills because I own the A7 iii which is a very good stills camera. I'm sure it's capable and can produce great shots but I see it as a little powerhouse video camera. Pull the trigger!

I bought multiples of this product to be the base to many of my stabilization rigs to make it easier since I do a lot of video. Its a very good product and I very much enjoy how easy it is to get the camera on it! The only complaint that I have is it takes some getting used to to get the the camera off of it and the first time I did it I almost dropped my camera! Overall a great buy though!

This is my third GO PRO camera and by far the best. They have solved all the problems I had with the first two. The video with gimbal stabilization  make the realistic video awesome. Dont sit on the fence, go get one now.

Great camera and lens combo for nearly everything. The XT3 takes great photos and video. The lens has great image stabilization, so handheld shots are usable and adding stabilization in post is also possible because you can shoot at a wider focal length. And the dials are a nice aid for purposeful, manual shooting.

I own a Canon xl2 and gl2 and just picked up one a canon hf s10 and want to say that the video quality is amazing for such a small camera and should be considered a prosumer camera. I am still getting used to its weight, it almost feels like nothing in my hands being used to heavier cameras. This is not for live video feeds without purchasing expensive hardware as the cpu recognizes it only as a memory device. Aftermarket batteries and lenses are fairly inexpensive compared to oem products. If recording in 24p make sure your software will import correctly. The internal stabilization feature kinda makes the software stabilization look weird. So use only one, either software or built in camera. Do your homework on this product if using for pro work

Nighttime photographs and video is fantastic. Far better than any other camera and camcorder that I own. 4K video image stabilization is not perfect but good.
