Open Ear Headphone Review

Although I wouldn't call the X2HR a reference style open back headphone, I would say they are a very enjoyable pair to listen to all kinds of music on. I've listened to everything from Jazz, Classical, Hip Hop, old school to modern R&B, all eras of rock to Death Metal, and the X2HR sounded great with all of them. Great detail, ample bass that holds together and the soundstage is wide but not so much that you lose the mix or the vocals. The X2HR is bright, but never sibilant and the treble range allows for great resolving of ear candy usually lost or hard to hear in poorer performing headphones. I would say the EQ is a bit more of a V shape, but there is enough midrange where recordings never sound hollow. I find the fit very comfortable for my large head and the build quality is excellent. I will say that ear fatigue settled in for me after about 2 to 2.5 hours of listening at a moderate volume. All in all, a great set of cans. 5 |

It's my first time buying over the ear headphone, since on ear was not comfortable for me. 5 |

Having been a loyal user of Shockz products since 2019, particularly the AfterShockz Aeropex, I've experienced first-hand the evolution of open-ear headphone technology. My journey with Shockz has been mostly positive, but not without its quirks. With the older models, like the Aeropex, I noticed a peculiar sensation when cranking up the volume - a tickling feeling at the contact points that was sometimes distracting. Additionally, as someone who appreciates a rich audio experience, the bass in these earlier models left me wanting more. Enter the OpenFit Open Ear Headphones - the latest offering that I've been using for the last couple of weeks. These headphones are not just an upgrade; they're a complete overhaul of my auditory experience. The tickling sensation at high volumes? Completely gone, allowing me to enjoy my music at any level without discomfort. And the bass - it's like a whole new world. The depth and richness of the bass in the OpenFit headphones have entirely satisfied my cravings for a fuller sound. In summary, the OpenFit Open Ear Headphones have addressed and resolved all the minor grievances I had with the previous generation. They have significantly enhanced my daily audio experience, making them a stellar choice for anyone looking to step up their open-ear headphone game. Verdict: Fully Satisfied - A Stellar Leap in Open-Ear Headphone Technology 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without a doubt the most comfortable headphone I ever wore. The headphone became extension of my head and ears,so there is no bending of the ear or pressure on the ear. They are very comfortable,I could wear these literally all day.The build quality is great and the noise canceling function is amazing.I can connect these headphones to 2 blue tooth devices.I barely ever charge the batteries and the headset gives a warning with 1-2 hours of listening time left,so I have ever been stranded needing to use the included cable-lasts about 2 weeks between charges with my current use. All the touch controls are reliable and customizable buttons are great for hearing text messages, asking Alexa/google questions, adjusting noise canceling modes etc. Overall great sound, nice quality, rich features and very comfortable. If you are looking for noise cancellation at its best, don’t look elsewhere and buy this immediately, you will not regret it. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this in-ear headphone to listen to music and share it with my son who also likes to listen and make videos. We both like the feel of the padding and how it fits our ears. I use it for many hours, the battery is resistant and durable. I love that they connect to two devices at the same time. 5 |
