This was a huge upgrade for me coming from a 9900k. No more stuttering in VR and some huge fps gains in about half of the games I've tried. The only downside is that the 7800x3d released and you should probably buy that now instead. 5 |

This cpu runs hotter than it's intel counterpart. I was concerned at first, and kind of obsessed with monitoring the temp. But it is stable and maintains constant temps so I quit worrying about it. I've had no issues with it and it works great in my custom build. 5 |
