Samsung has the best products hands down. I have the phone, watch, and earbuds and they all been great to me.

Compact and easy to carry and open. Had to watch YouTube video on how to fold back up.

Simply open the bottle and the door over the tank in the printer, insert the bottle into the receiver on the tank, and watch as the ink flows into the tank and stops when the tank is full, in my case leaving some left in the bottle to install later. It all happened with zero spill or drama. One issue is my inability to find instructions specific to refilling as opposed to filling tanks when the printer is new, really odd considering the whole point of Ecotank products and the fact that Epson should be very proud of this technology. In the end though it is a very simple and intuitive process.

We needed something for our rental unit that we could watch what renters were doing with the A/C and heat. We suspected renters did not care that AC would run when windows were open but had no way to stop it. This product has everything we were wanting in one bundle. We can set limits for heat and AC, HVAC shuts off when outside door/window is open, and we can tell when the condo is occupied. After we have had the thermostat and a few sensors installed for 3 months we have seen savings on both dollars and energy. No more paying for people to send cool air to the outdoors! Thank you for making a product that works, is affordable, and has good customer service.

I can watch TV with the curtains open or all the lights on, and still have the Brightness turned down below 50%. I bought refurbished, and the quality is the same as new.
