I have always found B&H Photo to be my best source for photographic and computer supplies. 5 |

I put Gargoyle open source router software on it. It can do so much now. It's a snappy router. 5 |

useful for me! When I am working, I don’t need to open my computer. 5 |

I had been using Bose open-backed headphones for in-studio monitoring and casually music listening. They worked great and I had zero issues with them, until I starting doing location work in loud rooms. I desperately needed a good closed back set of headphones AND I didn't want to break the bank. These cans are awesome! First off they sound great. Great frequency response, great specs overall. Of course they solved my on-location issues of my open-backed Bose headphones. The closed back kills most of the ambient room noise. These headphones are solidly built. Great construction! Things I love about them: - the cans swivel 90 degrees forward and back. Great for one ear monitoring. - Solid build, they don't feel cheap - they fold nicely and store in the supplied bag - and the best thing is the removable / locking cables. Yes cables! First off, they are removable, replaceable twist lock cables. and you don;t just get one... you get three! a 4' straight cable, a 10' straight cable and a 10' coiled cable. Very strategic... very appreciated!! - And they didn't break the bank 5 |

These are an excellent pair of monitoring (I even do some light mixing with them) headphones. I got an open box set that made the price point even more attractive. While pretty comfortable, I do still find ear fatigue becomes a problem after an hour or two at the desk. (But that just encourages you to stand up and take a walk, anyway.) 5 |

Open the box, open the computer, screw the card in, put the CD in the optical drive to load the driver, plug in the internet cable, Go. 5 |

So far been very happy with this power supply. I have the computer plugged into a power monitoring outlet and can confirm that it is indeed very good at drawing no more power than it needs to. Supply is also very quiet and runs not too hot. 5 |

I am still just a hobbyist, but it is not uncommon for me to use these several hours per night editing video. I bought these to replace a pair of JVC HA-RX700 headphones. I am not an audiophile by any means, but the sound quality is very good, and as far as I can tell comparable to the JVCs. At the same source volume level, the sound is noticeably softer on the AKGs, but that may just be because of the semi-open design. It is not an issue to just raise the source volume a bit to make up the volume difference, though. The main 3 reasons I replaced my JVCs were 1) the JVCs are pretty huge, 2) I liked the detachable cord feature on the AKGs (just the day before I did a job where I needed to monitor audio while shooting, and there were a couple times when it sure would have been handy to be able to disconnect myself from everything on the headphone side of the cable . . .), and 3) the AKGs were on sale for half their normal price. The AKGs are definitely lighter, more subtle to wear in public, and I do like the detachable cord feature. I'm not sure if the semi-open design (which will make it easier for people nearby to hear what you are hearing through the headphones) would be a problem for some people, but I think it will be fine for my purposes. Overall a very nice set of headphones, and I would recommend them. 5 |

This adapter works well with Linux, but will require the user to compile the open source driver and install it. Careful instructions are on the web. I use it on a workstation normally attached to ethernet, but occasionally in need of wireless access. Quick speed test on a strong signal was about 250Mbps (650Mbps on ethernet). 5 |

For the price and compared to it's competitors, this softbox is a tremendous value. It offers versatility with removables faces and it gives the user man combinations of options when using different fronts combined with interior baffles. My advice, stock up on removable fronts and at least two interior baffles to give you more options. The grid is essential. they are not cheap but worth every penny. I use mine with a 2K Mighty Mole Richardson open face. A fantastic large source that puts out the best light you have ever seen. The freedom to mix and match fronts and baffles gives me tons of freedom and with the lights scrims fugettaboutit!!Insane gorgeousness. Anyone who uses this box should have a 2K open face source blasting thru it. 5 |
