This Cell Phone Mount was bought for my Wife. She watches videos on her cell phone often and I thought this was a better idea than leaning her phone against a bottle of ketchup or loaf of bread. Combining this with a tiny foldable tripod gives her a compact stand for her cell phone and she now uses it almost daily. She seems to like it and it folds up to take very little space. The mount had a slight hangup when I first tried it out but seems to work fine now. The threads in the plastic parts are actually brass inserts that are moulded in place so they will probably hold up a lot longer than plain plastic would. The plastic is well moulded and seems to be pretty good quality. In theory, the mount will stand up without a tripod, but it isn't stable.

I got two of these on a recent sale. They are smaller than expected. They are blue (and orange) and not black in case that matters to you. Fast little guys.

It’s as orange as I hoped it would be. I own many other Pelican cases, all black. I wanted a change, so I got orange. The case met every expectation I had. Of course, I carefully measured what I intended to put in it so that I knew the 1600 case would fit it. Then it just came down to color.

Wanted orange carry on Pelican for my cameras for a while. Switched from the old black sticker covered case. Just moved inserts. Couldn't be happier. Highly visible. Won't lose this one.

Wonderful case to carry point and shoot or cell phone on the boat or to the beach.

I like the feature that it is also connected to my cell phone.

I use it to connect my cell phone to my car.
