We purchased the Netgear Orbi to replace an Arris cable modem/router because we had low WiFi signal issues in parts of our home. The Orbi was simple to install and we saw a dramatic improvement of WiFi coverage throughout our house with near maximum speeds everywhere. We connected the satellite with a hardwired connection to achieve this throughput. We were also able to assign static IP addresses to some of our network equipment (NAS’s) to allow easy access and alphabetic naming for those devices. The slightly higher price tag is justified by the performance and advanced configuration options. Great performance! 5 |

Went from using the Spectrum modem/router combo to the Orbi. Should have done this a long time ago. No more WiFi issues and the speed is 20x faster and way more coverage in the house! Love it!! 5 |
