Orbit Trackball Mouse With Scroll Ring

Compared to the mouse, this trackball takes some getting used to, though I'm finding the scroll ring, ball and left button intuitive, and will learn to use the right button with time. I am glad that I also ordered the mouse pad with gel wrist rest; much more comfortable than the extended tailpiece. 5 |

Love this product! Kensington's Trackball with scroll ring is the BEST. It helped heal my carpal tunnel due to the natural relaxed hand postion, and it's fantastic for the precise work I do. Toss the mouse and upgrade to a comfortable, efficient, smooth-gliding Trackball. (NOTE: unlike a mouse, there is 1 bit of maintenance to keep it going through it's full warranty period - to wipe the sensors clean where the ball sits. Super easy, to do, but FYI for Trackball newbies.) Cheers! 5 |

My 2nd Orbit Trackball. The first lasted MANY MANY years. Made the mistake of buying a cheaper Logitech trackball, that barely lasted ONE year. I really like the big buttons on the Orbit Trackball, & the velocity response (can move cursor both in very small increments, or sweep across the screen quickly). Because I've had a small computer desk (30 wide) for 35yrs, a trackball is necessary. My extended keyboard & trackball fit nicely. A mouse not only requires MUCH more space, I HATE constantly picking up & relocating a mouse to move around the 21 monitor: a waste of time, distracting & frustrating. I never have to look to find where my trackball is! Plug & play simplicity, & easy to clean. 5 |

This is a real fine product, the scroll ring is super smooth. Orbit is kinda wide, but I am getting used to it, just got to remember to not move my hand, only my fingers. My old trackball was killing my thumb, but this one is easy. 5 |

I bought this for Microsoft flight simulator 2020. I had initially got the orbit and liked the trackball concept so I ungraded to the expert. For a general mouse functions it feels more tactile then a regular mouse. You just feel like a big shot with this mouse, you’re a wonderful person and you are worth it. 5 |

I have arthritis in my thumb & this trackball/mouse is fantastic. The large ball & the scroll wheel is very accommodating & easy to use.The wrist pad that is included is comfortable & attaches to the mouse so there is no slipping away. 5 |

This one was a gift. I have 2 that I use myself, for different computers. It's more comfortable for me to use than a mouse, faster to scroll, and more precise for cad work. I've run it on Win7, 10, and Linux. The white one is cute, it has a little red glow because of the sensor that you can see at night, through the space around the trackball, and the trackball itself is a little bit glittery. I just bought the different color so we could tell them apart, but she likes the white, too, so a win-win. 5 |

This is my first trackball. I like it a lot. The scroll ring makes this easy to use. Build quality seems good, ball rolls very smoothly. 5 |

I love this trackball with scroll ring. It is the fastest way to operate my computer. It is accurate, fast and easy. I use my index finger on the ball, thumb and second finger for the right and left buttons and my third finger on the scroll ring. Quick, simple and accurate with no fumbling for the right button. This is my second one, the first is still going after 7 years. 5 |

My Kensington Orbit Trackball is exceptional. Easy to use and very conforaable to the hand. I have been using a different brand trackball for many years and was disappointed that it is no longer manufactured. Thought it was the end of the line until I used the Kensington Orbit. One feature that I like is the scroll ring. Another feature that was important to me was the position of the trackball allowing me to use my index finger instead of a thump operated track ball. I would highly recommend this to anyone who uses a trackball. Thank you, Con Levenduski 5 |
