I placed my order on Sunday and received my laptop on the following Friday! I’m excited because when I ordered a similar laptop from HP directly they told me it wasn’t going to ship until 3-4 weeks later and then they still canceled my order due to end if life. Well this laptop was not only the exact laptop that I was looking for, it was also a fraction of the last one, and it came in less than a week. It’s certified refurbished and so far it looks brand new. No scratches anywhere and folds easily. It’s much smaller and thinner than my old HP Pavilion. Unlike other responses, mines came with a stylus! So I’m excited & feeling blessed about that! I’m letting it charge up to see how it looks before I turn it on. I’ll see how it is then. But so far it’s amazing! 5 |

Absolutely love it, the USB ports on our HP laptop, which is used as our main computer, I.e. Desk top, are on the sides under the curve. A little out of the way. The 4-Port hub allows me to plug and remove flash drives with ease. Come income tax time I'll have plenty of ports to handle additional drives. 5 |
