I'm using a legacy power amp to power my outdoor speakers as a separate zone and did not want to purchase an expensive preamp. This component let me take the line out from my receiver and sonos directly to the 300 watt power amp and control the volume. The line out was running the amp at full volume which was both too loud and distorted. Now I have full control over the input source and the amplifier volume. 5 |

Used outside to power two outdoor speakers at a little league field. We use a microphone to announce players and stuff - and we hook up a CD player to play music. It was easy to set up, light to carry back and forth to our storage shed, simple to operate (important with lots of different volunteers handling) and powerful enough (we had 35 watt amps that clipped - and this one does not). 5 |

I needed the smallest, lightest solution to power two outdoor in-ground outdoor speakers and was tired of bulky receivers that didn't have the wireless and app features I was looking for. I only needed to power 2 speakers and receivers/amps tend to focus a lot of hardware on LOUD or MORE speakers vs great modern features for just a couple of outdoor entertainment speakers. I am currently using the Amp to power a pair of outdoor Sonus speakers. Great sound, love the designs and plan on adding powered, wireless Sonus speakers to my Master bedroom and my Mancave (garage). I've easily connected my music Apps to the Sonus App. Great system and love the flexibility. Great gear! 5 |
