Well made and can be mounted on a wall

As the dimensions show this thing is physically huge. The sound quality is great for our outdoor restaurant and bumps pretty good with the synthwave music we have on it.

I am blown away by the quality of this speaker, I work in a restaurant and we use my speaker for music every night, 2 days ago my speaker fell in the fryer that was at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. We pulled it out and the speaker still works perfectly fine. This is by far the best speaker I've ever used

I first heard this speaker in a restaurant in Honolulu. I loved the sound and couldn't believe it was coming out of one speaker! The place was easily 2000 square feet and only one Play5 was being used to fill the entire room. After this, I was set on getting a Play5. I did extensive research and went to all the department stores to compare this speaker to it's competitors. Nothing could match the Play5's audio. I then went into researching Sonos itself, and boy what a pleasant surprise. I saw how much engineering went into their products, and how well they are made. The last Play5 was out for 6 years! 6 Years! So I bought it. Set up took about 10 mins, and this thing sounds incredible. I have a 700 square foot living room and it fills it so incredibly​ well. Also looks fantastic. I highly recommend this speaker.

We needed the dual channel receiver to be able to have simultaneous use of a lavalier and handheld mic, and it works well. The sound is clear and without static, and simple to set up after you have done it once. Our meeting group is about 100 persons once a month in a restaurant event room. The only problem we have is that the speaker box provided by the restaurant has one mic volume control for the same 2 inputs. When the volume is set properly for the lavalier mic, we have to decrease the volume slightly when the handheld mic is used (or ensure the speaker holds the mic about 8 inches from his mouth).

I have installed 8 of these in an new Restaurant there are a fantastic speaker the grill is magnetic which makes them easier to install. The speaker has an extremely low profile the blend right into the ceiling. the centre cone can be adjusted which makes aiming the speaker amazing.
