Over Ear Headphones Buying Guide

I am enjoying my Marshall Over-ear Monitor II A.N.C headphones. Lots O'padding, comfortable when I wear my glasses. The Noise cancelling feature is really awesome.

Over the ear headphones reduce ambient noise. Sound quality is very good for mono headphones.

I personally don’t get on with in-ear headphones. Over-ear seem too cumbersome as I use mine mainly on dog walks and need to carry them in my pocket sometimes. The Major IV seem to offer the best of both worlds. They are on-ear, yet deliver a really good sound. The design is simple and different to most other headphones available. The battery life is astonishing. I’ve had mine for two weeks now and still haven’t needed to charge them. Really, really pleased with them.

Over the years I have gone through many headphones almost all of which broke. The head band broke or one of the ear pieces broke off. These are extremely well made and virtually unbreakable. More importantly, it has superb sound able to pick up from the lowest frequency to the highest! The sound is very rich, full and clear. Love them!

I recently got my hands on the AKG K371 Over-Ear Oval Closed-Back Studio Headphones and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The sound quality is outstanding, rivaling my higher-priced Sennheiser headphones. The AKG K371 delivers clear, balanced audio, making it an excellent choice for both casual listening and studio work. The design of the headphones is another highlight. With a sleek and smooth aesthetic, they not only provide comfort for extended listening sessions but also add a touch of style. The build quality feels robust, ensuring these headphones can withstand the rigors of daily use. However, it's worth noting that the AKG K371 headphones do not offer significant sound isolation from external noise. While this may not be a deal-breaker for everyone, it's an important consideration if you're planning to use them in noisy environments.

Over the ear work great for me. Sounds great also. No complaints.

Over the years I have tried many apps and gadgets attached or enclosed in my valuables. I still haven’t learned to remember to pick up all our belongings such as keys, sling bags, phones, purses and other personal gear. Or in a momentary brain f==t, placed them in some obtuse place on arriving home. Then, in the rush to leave, ended up wasting time searching all over for say my keys etc. Pick up my phone now and tell Tile to help, and gratefully the sound and proximity guide helps me find them under the papers, in my other jacket pocket or in the pantry. If it is my phone, any tile will locate it by the same proximity guide plus even sound my phone when I have left it on silent! Nothing I have tried before can match Tile. Now where is my wife? Ah, I”ll find her phone and she should be nearby.

Over my years of doing digital photography, I have found David's guides extremely helpful. I've been using my Z9 for two years now, and this book fills in the gaps, but most importantly, it answers the WHY questions for me. As powerful and complicated as this camera is, the Nikon (download it) user's guide is disappointing. Another thing I like about David's book is he gives is own personal preferences for different settings. If you are going to spend this kind of money on a camera body, it is well worth having this guide.

It's my first time buying over the ear headphone, since on ear was not comfortable for me.

Very nice over the ear headphones. I’m still learning how to use them, but so far, I really like them!
