Have had this camera for about 2 years and am very pleased with the quality and service - it’s in a hilly location with spotty cellular coverage, but performs wonderfully, especially considering the cost and reliability of customer / technical support! I had some serious issues getting this working and turns out it’s best if you turn off your cellular service on your phone while doing the setup. Worked like a charm for me on multiple devices. A new update also improved integration with Apple HomeKit. Very happy with it now. 5 |

The filter is a good piece. When I purchased, the web page for the product included a link to a rebate form. The link went to a blank page. I made the purchase anyhow -- I wanted the filter. As soon as my order was acknowledged, I sent a request to customer service for the rebate form. The protracted exchange that ensued never brought me satisfaction, just claims that I had misunderstood the offer -- there was no explicit rebate, just a $20 markdown. Then why the link to a rebate form? The rebate link was real, and I wouldn't have lied about it. I never thought to take a screen shot because B&H has previously offered impeccable customer service. The exchanged ended when I suggested B&H donate $20 to a pandemic-related charity to keep my patronage. No response whatsoever. Bye, bye B&H. 5 |
