Panasonic 24 Built In Microwave Frame

I like how it can be regenerated using a microwave oven.

Because this is a do everything camera, 24-400 Leica zoom, built in flash, I end up taking this everywhere on the streets of NYC, but also Egypt, india, the beach, because my full frame can be heavy and cumbersome. The raw files can be very impressive in the right conditions. I have shot parts of three books (Rizzoli) with this camera, and you can’t tell the difference to a full frame. Highly recommend.

This lens is the best 24-70 f2.8 lens I have ever used. Sharp throughout the frame, excellent color rendering and built solidly.

I have a history with Panasonic! I owned the Dvc7 (mini tape) camcorder in 2007, Panasonic Gh2 for 2 years, Panasonic Gh4 for3 years..� I have always desired the low light capability of the full frame 5D mk2.. and the current Sony A7sII... looking to upgrade, it was between the Gh5 and Sony A7sII... I was ready to jump ship from my beloved Panasonic for that full frame and low light... Then it happened. GH5s came and I wasted no time to buy it. No lie or exaggeration, Micro 4/3rds finally competes with the A7sII and Mini ursa 4.6k in low light!!!

I have been buying cameras for 25 years and its mindblowing to see how much Panasonic marketing managers allowed their engineers to place into this camera! No camera like this has ever existed before. Quick and simple. This sensor is superb. (possibly Sony IMX410 realitive) The dynamic range is easily the most I have ever seen to date. The full frame, super35 and 1080 readout modes are spectacularly clean. The variable frame rates up to 150p are gorgeous. The internal 10bit 400mbp/a files are literally as durable as ProRes. The flip out screen is perfect. The body is built like it was designed by the US Air Force. The VLog color science is such a joy to work with. (does not require the blue/green twist that SLog-3 does) Awesome cooling fan and 100% reliable with no recording limits....not even at 6k and 5.9k. waveform and vector scopes are great. I could go on and on. Yes,...the AF is not great but it's not bad either with Lumix lenses. Bottom line? I will put the images off this camera up against ANY camera on planet Earth. It's completely on par with ARRI, Canon C500-II, RED, Sony Venice and VariCam. At $4000, this image quality matches or beats any $10,000-$50,000 camera. Again,...hard to believe Panasonic allowed this camera to be made! The S1H is a camera cannibal that will eat others around it that are WAY more expensive.

The screen, frame, and legs are well built and should last a long time.

We purchased two of these to use as frame & focus monitors for our Panasonic HPX370 cameras and so far are absolutely loving them. They allow us to record the raw footage off each camera for less than the cost of a P2 memory card and provide a nice frame & focus monitor too. We use these units in a church environment and the user interface was easy for our volunteers to figure out. We are using them with the HD-SDI input, 256GB SDHC cards, and the Nebtek 4-pin Lemo to DC power cords and absolutely love them. The build quality, screen resolution, and ease of use are all excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my old Panasonic TV to the Samsung Frame and I can’t believe I waited this long! The hype is real. The picture quality is incredible, easy to navigate, and the setup was so seamless. I mainly use my TV for streaming services and all the apps were available. It also comes with free TV channels. I don’t want cable, but this was an added bonus. It also automatically adjust the screen color/brightness and audio based on ambiance which is so convenient. I also like that you can upload your own pictures for the artwork. There are so many great features I’m still discovering but overall so happy with my purchase.
