I am using the battery on thePanasonic AG-UX90 4K/HD Professional Camcorder BH# PAAGUX90. I filmed a 6 hour Bat Mitzvah and the battery only drained 25%. The following day I filmed a Wedding from 10am-12am and the battery only drop to 50% just as the Reception was coming to an end. The Camera came with it's own battery. Finally nice to film an event and not have to worry about where my battery level is at. Worth every penny!

I'm very impressed with the Panasonic GX85. I also use a Panasonic GH4, Samsung NX1, Sony A7Sii and RX10ii. I shoot mostly video but also stills. I purchased a US version to get 4K 30p rather than the PAL version, I do wish Panasonic would make all their cameras PAL/NTSC switchable like Sony do. The GX85 has to be the best camera I've ever used, here are my comments - The IBIS is superb, best from any camera I've filmed with. The 4K video is super smooth with any lens. I use Voightlader 42.5mm and it's lovely stable video, even the Olympus 40-150f2.8 fully zoomed in at 300mm equivalent is totally stable, it's amazing. To have a camera so small and light with excellent stabilization has really opened up great possibilities for video filming. The 4K video quality is excellent and colours lovely, not quite sure what Panasonic have done but it's a really beautiful image. Even the FHD 60p looks great, no sign of aliasing that I get on other cameras. Stills are great, a step up in quality from the GH4. The lack of AA filter has caused no aliasing in pics I've taken and the pics look super sharp. I shoot mainly with prime lenses and the GX85 pairs perfectly with the Lieca 15mm f1.7, Panasonic 25mm f1.7, Panasonic 42.5f 1.7, Olympus 75mm f1.8, the camera and lenses are really lightweight and compact with great stable video and superb image quality. Battery life is not as good as a GH4, it's more similar to Sony cameras, but then the battery is half the size of a GH4 battery so I guess you just carry a few spares if you need to film all day. I really like the micro43 system for compact size and great selection of high quality lenses, and for me the GX85 is the best camera yet, I'm very impressed and really enjoying using it, highly recommended.

I have used these cards extensively with my Panasonic EVA1 and S1H cameras shooting 4k 150Mbps files. Never had any issues with them. I feel they are reliable and good value for a V90 card. BTW, I have tested them with ALL-I recordings and 5.7K record options, too. No issues with tests, but I don't normally shoot with those settings so I can't vouch for long term reliability.

I have made the transition to 4K UHD with a pair of Panasonic DMC-FZ1000 cameras and I needed something to view footage in the field. I edit on an Apple iMac and had been looking at an Apple Cinema Display, but after researching for awhile, I bought a Samsung U28D590 28 4K 60Hz 1ms Gaming Widescreen LED Monitor locally. How to connect them together? This was a no-brainer. I went straight to bhphotovideo dot com. Much higher resolution and it worked straight out the box@

As 4K televisions get better, the availability of high-quality source to occupy the TV's capabilities has dwindled to this player, and only this player. Pioneer and Oppo, the only competition to Panasonic in the high-end segment, have left the market. Streaming and low-end 4k Blue-Ray players don't even come close to this quality of source. The difference in picture and sound quality between the Panasonic and other sources is dramatic, not just a step change. As the saying goes, garbage in, garbage out, or in the case of the DP-UB9000, Hi-definition in, hi-definition out. Don't waste your time with its streaming capabilities, buy a library of 4k discs to go with this player and a good tv and enjoy!
