Panasonic Outdoor Projector

This small but very inexpenxive projector is absolutely the best projector you can purcahse for the money. I had an $1800 high end Panasonic Projector which died on me just after the 2 yr. warranty expired. I replaced it with this Optoma HD66 Unit for only $and have found that it provides a very comparable viewing experience, very easy to setup and operate, and is even 3D ready. Unbelievable value for the price. I would recommend this to anyone.

No problems installing this OEM filter in our Panasonic projector. Should have done it sooner.

Bag is just the right size for our new Panasonic PT-VZ580U 5000-Lumen WUXGA 3LCD Projector: holds it in place, easy to get in & out, roomy pockets for cables, remote, user manual, etc, & grip handles or over-the-shoulder strap.

Bought this mount to use with my Panasonic PT-AE8000U projector and it works great. Instructions were clear, came with everything I needed and is a solid construction.

Nicely built and study. Worked really well for our panasonic projector and far superior to the manufacturer's cheap and overpriced nylon option that didn't really even fit right.

We have used the older Panasonic PT-VMZ50 projector for many years and never been disappointed. So when we needed a second projector, we went with latest version. Not disappointed. Our favorite features are: 1) instant on & off (no need to wait to turn off) 2) bright images in a fully lit room (no need to dim the room lights)

I was completely surprised when I found out how large this projector is. I hadn't paid much attention to the dimensions or weight of the unit until I purchased it and notice how large the box was. This unit was recommended by a reputable source as one of the best home theater projectors on the market. So, I made my decision based on that information and it’s cost. There was another Epson projector that was recommended as being better but it was $1000 more. I owned a Panasonic PT-L500U HDTV Projector for over 17 years and it went out on me and at the time I purchased it, it was the best on the market. The technological advances over the years required not only a new projector but a new A/V receiver and other components. As stated in the beginning, the size of this projector was so much larger than the Panasonic projector (weight 7 lbs vs 25 lbs) that I was tempted to replace it with a smaller projector but the cost/value/capabilities weren't there. After setting up the projector it was easy to adjust the lens, however, I still don't have the keystone set properly. The color and vividness of the projector was great. I would recommend purchasing a tuning DVD to get the colors and contrast optimized. I noticed a considerable improvement in picture quality after calibrating the unit. The cost of a DVD is minimal, at around $20, relative to the benefit. The DVDs I purchased were “Digital Video Essentials” and “Disney WOW” both are great at optimizing the projector. In fact, a calibration DVD should be provided by the Projector OEM. They also should provide printed Owners Manuals that would make the set-up much easier. I noticed my previous components all included printed Owners Manuals, the ones I purchased nowadays don’t. Overall, I would definitely recommend this projector but make sure you have a steady mount.

Purchased this case to transport and store a high-end Panasonic projector. The 'customizing foam' interior ensured a tight fit. The handle allows for easy transport and folds down when you aren't using it. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that needs a sturdy, solid, and smart case. Worth every penny!

This lens by far was the easiest lens I've ever installed on a projector. My Panasonic projector is projecting a 210 inch diagonal image from 162 inches away with no special mirrors and without any distortion. That's amazing

I was hesitant to pay $12,000 for a projector, but all the reviews were so good. I had my old Panasonic for 12 years and I knew this would be better but I wasn't prepared for how much better. I have a living room with large windows and I can watch Sunday afternoon football games without closing the blinds and still have a respectable image. With the blinds closed its fantastic and at night its stellar!! I was concerned that my friends wouldn't notice the upgrade but they were blown away as well. Even my wife said it looks amazing.
