This is my first Pelican case, and I was impressed with the solid and sturdy constructions and thick metal hinge pins holding the handle, clasps, and hinge of the case together. It closes solidly and the catches are quick and easily to open. The pick and pluck foam was easy to set up, and I was able to fit a surprising amount of items in this case. I set it up with a rechargeable silica gel packet, and it works well keeping my bodies and lenses dry when traveling with it.

I liked the lens as soon as it came out of the box. The constructions was very sturdy. The image quality was very clean. Plus, I got the lens for only $ for some reason. A great deal. This will be my main walk around lens. Also the delivery was very fast and reliable even though I accidentally gave them the wrong postal code.B and H is going to be my main source for video and photo equipment from now on. Guaranteed.

This mic was the best $ I've ever spent. It has clear audio even in horrible noise conditions such as constructions and heavy traffic. It also does very well in the wind. My one complaint is that there is no LED light that lets you know that it's on, because I sometimes forget and drain battery.

I’m an amateur photographer of historic architecture. Camera Nikon D750, edit images with Lightroom CC on MAC 27”. Use f/18 aperture for depth of field (probably overkill). Images sharp throughout, no vignetting. No noticeable barrel or pincushion distortion. So far only need “vertical” geometry edit for perspective control; have not yet needed “guided.” All verticals perfectly straight. If you leave enough room in the foreground (which is good composition anyway) the Lightroom geometry vertical edit cuts surprisingly little off the lower right and left corners. I had expected more at 16mm. The lens seems to transmit as much information to the sensor as my Nikon lenses, so all color, contrast, etc. edits are possible. Very affordable for the amateur.

I use a 25mm f/1.4 lens in fixed geometry at an image-object distance of 350mm. With a 2/3 industrial CCD, the Fujinon CF25HA-1 gives a slightly sharper 100x80mm image with less darkening at the corners compared to the much smaller and cheaper Fujinon HF25HA-1B under the exact same conditions. The latter only has the advantage when size, weight or cost are important.

Helps to make my Op/Tech sling work even better. They help to smooth out geometry on my gripped Nikon D200 . Also if I take off the sling they connect together to make ahand strap.

Fit on my belt. The fit inside is snug due to a slight curve in the geometry of the design (the interior dimensions are pretty accurate though). Light weight an unobstrusive.

If you know basic geometry you can figure out how to fit a good amount of gear with the padded walls. I fit a gh4, rode videomic pro, two mft cinelenses, some big Sony studio monitor headphones. A small lumix lens and my battery charger plus other small accessories. Case is nearly indesrtructable, i used pelican products in Afghanistan but I'm sure they will hold up in any enviroment.

I got the V1 of the Everyday Sling because I really liked some of the features and geometry of the V1 over the V2, like the way the bag opens with a flap that folds away from you instead of an accordion style, the exterior carry straps are permanent and have metal buckles instead of plastic, and the shape seemed like it would hang better on my back. I probably didn't need the 10L, but the design allows it to compress down to a smaller size, which is a hugely underrated feature. I am carrying my Nikon Z5 with 24-120mm lens attached, an extra 50mm prime, GoPro, plus all the extras I could think of (batteries, charger, filters, lens cleaning stuff, cords, etc.), and there's plenty of space left. Build quality is excellent and the Peak Design specialties (strap adjustment, lifetime guarantee, origami dividers) make this a great bag.
