So far so good. Consistent speeds and no drop outs. Only negative is no parental control. Odd considering all competition has it standard.

It is fast, safe, and controllable. I think this is the best modem router combo on the market. It was say to setup and has smart parental controls unlike I've seen before. I'm very happy to have found this for my home.

I purchased this because I read on several websites that it has easy to use parental controls (I have seven children). These controls ARE VERY easy to use compared to others I've seen. I also own a Synology NAS (file server) and the interface is the same; it's a great interface.

Easy set up with youtube videos from user mydoodads that take you through the entire set up process step by step. The router itself is powerful and has amazing range. It is in the basement of my house and I now get a full strength signal in the garage, the 2nd floor of my house and out on the deck. I coupled the new MR2200AC mesh router to it just for extra reliability and signal, and that was easy and seamless as well. The real great thing here is the Router Management program, the parental controls within that program are a total win. If your looking for a strong router with parental and data controls, this is the one.

Setting up my AC1900 was extremely simple, and the app control allows me to monitor, customize, and regulate parental controls, how guests can access it, and many other features.

I am using this router in an Apple environment. Replaced the Express/Airport. Take your time when setting it up. Do not rush in to setup parental control, etc. Get it up/running, review the applications available, THEN make your modifications. I have kids so the parental control is nice as I can see what they are viewing as well as how long they are online. The power/range is far better than the Airport. The app interface is nice (iPad, iPhone, Google phone), for controlling access.
