(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Nice feel on keys, use it to avoid the constant microwave radiation from the laptop’s keyboard which was making my hands ache. Just wish it did not have the numbers pad on right to have the mouse closer for ergonomic setup purposes.

You can use them as a third hand. You never have enough clamps ge tthe bundle its worth it.

This is my favorite paper for many things, though I have no clue why the discontinued the 315 GM version, which I prefer.

I'm extremely satisfied. Screams quality. The only negative would be the price, but I got it on sale for $315.

I’ve been using Shure 215’s and (discontinued) 315’s professionally for over a decade now and they’ve served me fine. But I recently realized how much detail I was missing when I forgot my IEMs on a regular gig (with my own monitor mix) and had to use a pair of classic Sony MDR over-ear headphones. Between shows on a 2-show day I popped down to B&H hoping to just buy replacement foams for my 315’s and walked out with a pair of 535’s intead (and a little anxiety about dropping the coin, somewhat impulsively). I played that evening’s show (same exact monitor mix I’d had for the matinee) and was *completely* blown away by how much more of EVERYTHING I could hear. I could hear the sound of the *wood* of the drummer’s sticks. After playing my regular gigs with the 535’s I feel like they were actually a bargain at the price. Would definitely buy again if I needed to replace them.
