I had debated whether to go for the refurbished instead of new but decided it was worth it to save almost $300. The fact it was Nikon Refurbished and therefore has a Nikon Warranty means the extra warranty protection from my credit card should also apply. Well I got my camera and except for the fact that it wasn't in the pretty gold box, it looks jut like new - My first picture was shutter activation #1! I am very happy about my purchase and am having fun learning about all of the new features compared to my old D90. I took a group picture at my Rotary Club meeting using the Nikon SnapBridge and was even able to adjust the exposure to compensate for backlighting.

I purchased this filter for the April 2024 eclipse and even with partly cloudy skies was worth it.

I'm sure the B&W 49-52 step-up ring is great--I love their filters, after all. But this one's less expensive partly because it's aluminum, and partly because it's made on the other side of the globe. But it works fine, the threads are clean, and I can't find any reason to fault it. Great product for a very low price.

I ordered this generic brand partly because the Canon brand became a cluster to order on line, and more expensive. The hood fits perfectly on the 18-200 canon lens - both positions forward and back. It looks professional and well made.

This sunhood provides just enough shade to help on a partly sunny day. It wasn't as helpful when shooting in blazing sunlight, but there's only so much you can do to make a small LCD screen more visable. I really like the compact folding design. You have to strap it on pretty tight or else it can slip off if you're not paying attention. Overall, I think its a great purchase for the price and can be helpful in a pinch.

I bought these as an upgrade to my Zeiss Conquest 8 x 32. So...brighter with the larger objective and up a level of quality. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to tell a difference. I shouldn't have worried. These are amazing. Super field of view, bright and so clear and sharp. The extra weight is not a problem for me, partly because they are so well-balanced and partly because I use what I consider the world's best strap that distributes the weight so as to make it a non issue (Rick Young harness if you're wondering). Oh and the eye cups are much improved over the Conquests. I don't wear glasses and had a hard time getting the eye relief the way I needed it. These are just perfect. So glad to have made the change

I went from an X100V to an X-T5. I bought this to pair with an X-T5, partly as my way of making a version of the X100VI that I got tired of waiting to come in stock. I really liked and got used to the 23mm lens on the X100V, plus the very unobtrusive shortness of it. And the 27mm is the closest Fuji has, albeit with f 2.8 instead of f2. The only thing that took me by surprise is that it is a relatively noisy lens. You can hear it whir and a very slight kachunk as it goes into its autofocus maneuvers. But B&H says that's normal, so be it. I would guess it must have something to do with scrunching all that motor stuff in such a small lens.

I tried out this 400W solar panel with one of my Delta Pros yesterday. It was a partly sunny day, so the wattage input varied greatly. However, I was able to get up to 367 W of input at one point, and was able to charge from 30% up to 61% within an afternoon. I’m happy with that!

Yes, it's way more expensive than the aftermarket manufacturers and there's partly a good reason. Nikon makes larger profits off their accessories than the camera bodies. Always has. When it comes to a device you mount to that body you paid a great deal of money for and has data interaction with it you do want the best build and most reliable gear you can get. With a D850 you want this battery pack. Hands down built way better with an engineering understanding of the interactions involved, in both electronics and mechanical-structural, than any clone out there.
