This is a sturdy, well-engineered and manufactured unit. It went together well with no misfits and no missing parts. I don't intend to abuse it, but I believe it will stand up well to heavy use. Its shelves are wide enough for monitor, keyboard, and mouse pad. It is easy and convenient to wheel out and adjust when I want to use it. I like it very much. The big negative is the styrofoam packing sheets in the shipping box. The components of the stand jostled around enough during the cross-country truck shipment to flake off thousands of little plastic particles from these sheets. The little particles migrated out into the room when the box was unpacked, and clung persistently to all parts of the stand, my clothes, and the carpet. Electrostatic effects made it very difficult to wipe or vacuum the particles from the parts, and 5 days after assembly, I am still finding plastic particulate in the carpets that the vacuum cleaner didn't pick up. My advice is to open the shipping box outside if possible and wipe down and vacuum the parts thoroughly before bringing them inside to assemble.

I use this lens for for images of plant parts 5mm in size, such as small flowers, grass/sedge scales, and tree buds. I do all photography handheld and am unsure why some online reviews of this lens indicate that handheld use isn't possible. I use generally f/8-f/16 apertures, fast shutter speed (1/160-1/200), and extremely high ISO (up to 6400 in dark situations, significantly less in full sun), and the camera's native flash and get images that, while not always exceptionally beautiful, contain useful details that are difficult to capture with other lenses. Botanical photography benefits from the extremely close focal distance of this lens - in all of these photos my hand is resting on the lens while holding the subject out of frame, so I'm generally able to get very stable shots that may be impossible with longer focus distances. Photography of mobile subjects is basically impossible, although I've got lucky a few times with slow-moving fellows.

I thought the high end would suffer...so dense. But my SE-V7 sounds great still.

The best Vacuum Bag. It can make a lot of space in you back pack or carrion. I want to get another one.

The design is incredible and the weight of the mic is perfect. Considerably one of the most flexible and perhaps the best dynamic mic considering the price and it's charming features. I did a hefty research prior to purchasing a mic. Looked into various sites, different reviews, and expertise opinions on every microphone out there and ultimately encountered the SE Electronics V7 microphone. Many reps will make a simple, unattractive recommendation as saying Shure SM58 or any industry standard (Senheiser, AKG, Audio-Technica, etc). Many reps are not aware of SE Electronics nor its V7 microphone. This mic will be the replacement for the industry standard when noticed by more consumers. The packaging I can say was absolutely professional and attractive with its detailed features on there and the design and proper packaging feeling as if I had bought a brand new Apple product. SE Electronics is absolutely impressive. I will be utilizing this mic for vocals for myself and a female vocalist in our band. This will feature a clean voice and an upgraded performance result. I will bet that your investment on this V7 microphone will be a game changer and a much different reality of the audio world.

I use only Nisi filters and two years ago went from the v5 to the v7 setup. My only complaint is with the v7 make sure that the polarizer is turned so it doesn’t wiggle out. When screwing the filter assembly on and off it the polarizer is not tight it can pop out. I have chipped two of these that way now. They still work as it’s a small chip but causes flare if light hits just right. If you go with the V7 buy the plastic lens cover that clicks on over the polarizer. It works great and I leave it on all the time now when not in use. Pretty much always attached to my 14-35 lens unless need for another.

I'm very impressed! The microphone has a very pleasant bright sound with a clear high range, but the level of feedback is the same as in SM58. The vocals are very readable in the general mix . In this microphone (SE V7) you do not need to cut off the low frequencies, it does not drum. In my personal opinion, V7 sounds even better than Telefunken d80.
