Sleek, fast, lots of storage and can password lock. Not much more to ask for

This was super easy to set up, and by far the best storage option for the price. It allows you to set up a password that can only be changed or removed by emptying the drive, which I appreciate.

I was able to backup my entire 250GB harddrive with plenty of room for other storage. I also added a password for protection. Excellent value and outstanding service.

This hardware encrypted usb is easy to set up and will keep my files protected while on this drive that can store up to 8GB. There is a great video on YouTube that also walks you through and explains the way this usb is setup and how to set and change a password.

It's incredibly handy as it allows me to shoot videos and photos directly to the drive, ensuring efficient storage management. The drop and water-resistant design offers excellent protection, making it great for my frequent outdoor activites.

When it comes to attached storage solutions for audio and video editing this is the best option I have used yet, and I have tried a lot. I primarily use a Mac Studio at this time as my revision 5,1 Mac Pro's have pretty much been retired at this point. A Mac Studio is great but lacks the storage capacity to be able to house data. After trying a plethora of external devices I ordered this Flex 8 and have to say, this thing has some power. I installed four 10TB NAS hard drives I had as a backup in a Raid array in an existing Mercury Rack Pro (USB 3.1, so I wanted to replace that for performance purposes) and then I added three 18TB NAS drives in a RAID array. That gave me 30TB of usable space on the first array and 36TB on the 2nd. Then I added an OWC Shuttle with four 4TB memory modules and I combined those into a RAID array as well, giving me 16TB of usable space. This one tower now provides me with 82TB of space and gets rid of all of the external drives and devices I had connected to my MAC Studio. Regarding performance, it's flawless. I am editing off the 16TB array which is blazing fast. I couldn't be happier with a device as I am with this one. The best part is the PCIE slot which is available for use. I'm looking forward to experimenting with that in the near future. This has really completed my edit bay setup as well as offered me a solid solution for data management. I highly recommend this unit for localized data management. It is very powerful and very well thought out. I also do like the software version as it puts the control at your fingertips. Everyday backpack V2 has a good design on storage management. I bring this backpack to the Singapore Trip for 4 days. This bag has a great storage space and easy to pick up things.

Works great and the only thing I had to set up was the option to have a password to protect it if someone else tries to use it.

Easy setup. Easy to change WiFi name and password. Easy to use the app.
