As usual B&H had what I needed at a better than fair price. With no sales tax it was a bargain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a drive to keep our tax information on, especially since our taxes involve more documentation than the average household. I will say that this seems a whole lot more complex than I was envisioning, especially once I saw the 34-page user guide. It was a bit daunting. It seems like there are 3 passwords total that can be used, one being a recovery password. It sounds like if I use the recovery password, it allows me to reset the main password. I have not purposely tried that method though. I do appreciate the option to have multiple passwords, just in case though. I am a little nervous that I will forget a password and get locked out, but I guess that is the risk I'm taking by having a password protected device.

Fast, same price as Bestbuy, but no sales tax, just tired of supporting CA.

The processor works fine. The process of purchasing it without sales tax was problematic.

Recommended by a Matthews Sales Manager who evaluated my requirements. I asked for a heavy steel stand with a wide footprint that would support a heavy Profoto Monolite with modifiers outdoors up to 10 Ft. Consistent with Matthews construction, this stand is solid with secure locking mechanisms and springs to reduce impact when lowering vertical risers. All steel vertical risers and legs. Steel offers three times the stiffness of aluminum for the same cross section. Stiffer risers means less swaying in the wind. I dont usually need to extend the thinnest final riser keeping things even stiffer. With sand bags this stand is hard to upset even in a stiff breeze with a large modifier! Easy to transport with a 24 x 48 utility wagon with pneumatic tires. This stand exceeded all my expectations. I have several Matthews stands and this one is by far the most solid.

I had an issue with the bracket coming loose from the glass. I talked with the Sales Manager Chuck and he assured me that this hardly ever happens since they switched to the new adhesive. He sent me a new one immediately and shipped it the same day.I haven't had any issues with the new one. Great customer service!The teleprompter is light weight and works really well with different types of cameras.

I purchased this genuine APC battery instead of a less expensive non-OEM battery because I knew it would fit my UPS perfectly (size dimensions), the terminals would be the correct type (F2), and it would not fail prematurely. With free shipping and no sales tax from B&H (no sales tax outside of NY), it was only slightly more expensive than the most reputable brand of non-OEM batteries. It took only a few minutes to replace the old one. After charging for a day, I disconnected power to the UPS for a test and it works like a champ.

There is nothing you can say that has not been said about Photoshop and Lightroom. But to get it when there was a Holiday discount and not pay sales tax is awesome! An additional benefit over the monthly plan is that your computer does not need to check in as often.
