Patriot Rage Usb Flash Drive Maximum Theoretical Speed
Robert | 2024-05-09 09:40:17 |
I'm not the best at understanding flash drive transfer rate science but I do know that when I use Patriot drives they work faster than other brands of drives, usually but not always. The build and designs on the Patriot drives are top notch quality and of course they do what they are suppose to do, store and move data in and out. After many years of trying to find flash drives that would work faster, not get hot while connected and show positive signs of speedy data transfer I truly have settled on Patriot as the go-to best of the industry. 5 |

We ran a nearly 300ft line of this to carry HD-SDI signal, and despite getting close to theoretical maximum length for this run and a few unintentional kinks in the line, the picture is perfect and the audio is great too. 5 |

Remember this is at theoretical maximum a 5 Gbps spec cable. That being said I have tested it with multiple times on multiple ports of a TP-Link hub using AJA System Lite saw Writes at 416MB/s and Reads @ 433MB/s. 5 |

This 128 gig 3.0 USB flash drive rocks, your price was outstanding for a drive of this speed and size. The first time I used it I thought that a transfer of about 6 large files had not happened because it was so fast, thanks for your prompt delivery also! 5 |

This Flash Drive is very fast as it of 3.0 speed type and takes advantage of USB 3.0 vs. 2.0. Works with either though. Small in size. I take advantage of this and keep it always plugged into my laptop for additional storage. I use it for holding archives of files I moved off of my SSD drive that I have backed up and then keep them available for immediate reference. I have not had any issues and I use it daily for the last two months. 5 |

This is a good size flash drive for transporting files to other sites. The USB 3.0 speed makes it a quick transfer. 5 |

Update can be done without old CPU with USB flash drive only. 5 |

We are using a flash drive to store and playback videos on a portable projector. I tried with a USB 3.0 Flash Drive, thinking the newer version was better. But the projector had a different idea. I learned from the professionals at B+H that this unit requires an older USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I never would have thought of that but sure enough, when I used this Verbatim 64G Ergo USB 2.0, the projector recognized the videos and played them flawlessly. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Belkin USB 4 cable and it is great the technology transfers any and all of my data from my portable hard drive with maximum speed. I was so thankful to get this to be able to open and review all of my files. It does require the rounded, reversible connection seen on most modern android phones and laptops. I would highly recommend getting this to help you get maximum speed transfers with fast charging capabilities. 5 |

It looks cool, has good quality materials, and is simple to use. I didn't test it to check maximum data transfer speed, but I copied data from my iMac to this SSD drive then from it to my PC. And in both cases, the drive could deal with the maximum data transfer speed of the disks in my iMac (~300-350 MB/s) and PC (~400-450 MB/s). So, I believe it can work at the maximum speed of 900 MB/s, but there was no case to check data transfer speed between high-speed disks (this drive and another one). 5 |
