Paul Ryan Wind Instruments

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

I like wind instruments. This is that and so much more. Nice features make playing sound like the real thing. Tried it all but haven't used it as a midi controller yet

I needed a good travel mic for voice overs. My condenser mic set up is too complicated for the road but I also did not want to compromise on quality even though I knew a USB mic could not give me the same quality. I am 2 weeks into my trip now and love this mic so much I might even use it when back home in my prof sound studio!! Bought this binocular on the recommendation of Ryan. I was on the side of Mark, "more is better" so I was skeptical of the "less is more" however this thing rocks. Very high quality optical system. Close focus is unreal.! I've been using for about a year here in MT. These do not disappoint!!
