Wonderful price and payment

I hated to pay this much for a monitor to replace my old Dell 27. And then I plugged it in and started working. It's been two weeks and I'm still stunned at how good everything on this monitor looks. It's expensive and worth it.

I replaced the battery simply because it was over 3 years old. It would still keep my two Dell PC's online for about 23 minutes during a power outage. All the PC's in my business are protected by APC backup power supplies and have never had any problem w/ any of the 3 I own.

Had ordered a Dell laptop online and when it came in, I was displeased so I returned. Did some research and landed on the MacBook Pro after some discussion w B&H. Laptop has been perfect for my photography and graphic design needs.

When I was looking at this item, I couldn't find a review, so, I thought I would write one. The Server rack was delivered on a pallet, well boxed. The only assembly required was adding the wheels and levelers. The rack is very well constructed. Was easy to add systems as all doors and side panels come off. It came with a full set of server screws/nuts, 3 sets of keys, the back door does have six fans installed. The sound insulation is pre-installed on both sides and back. My setup includes a fully loaded Dell PowerEdge 2950 III, a Dell PowerVault MD1000 (with all 15 drives installed), a UPS, and a Switch. I originally had this in a standard 24u Compaq rack with metal screen front/back doors. It was so loud, you could hear it all over the house and all family members complained (and I could NOT stand to work in my home office). I finally put it offline when I ordered this rack for sanity's sake. Rack arrived yesterday (about 2 weeks ship time total). In this cabinet, I set it all up, and brought it it all online. I was VERY impressed with the LOW noise level. Family came home, no one noticed until they saw shares were back online and backups were running. No one heard a thing. Is it completely silent? No. Is it very quiet? Yes. Now I have no problem working in my office, having meetings on my speaker phone (no issues for me or people on the other end, I asked).

I purchased this kit online with B&H, and it came within a week. However, when first reviewing my order one of the filters (the 0.9 opacity) was scratched both back and front. As a ND filter, I'm sure you can imagine how important it is to block out light and a scratch was unexpected. As soon as I realized this, I contacted their customer service department for an exchange. Their department was top notch and extremely professional, ensuring that even with returning the kit, I would not have to pay for return shipping. Even BETTER, the same day I received an email from B&H stating that they would be sending me a whole new kit for free! So not only do I NOT have to pay for shipping, but I also got two backups on the other two filters. Great quality of the product regardless, but really impressed by their service that speaks to the professionalism of the company!
