Payroll Setup Quickbooks Online

This was setup online for me. I did not have to do as anything. All the information was online.

Since I process payroll and tax returns the extra tray is perfect and just what I expected. It holds plenty of paper, I can print on 2 sides for some documents and Legal size for others using multiple trays.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I use the mic for teaching online. Setup was easy and the sound is great.

Works great and online setup was simple and no need to call cable company

Easy to upgrade to DOCSIS 3.1, setup was fast and had the home back online in no time.

Surprising how good this piece is! Have a 10 headphone setup for an online show...works great...lots of options. No noise issues at all. Using Sony MDR 7506  headphones throughout---good match!

We wanted a small easy PA to setup system. I did a search online and after going through several different models, came across this system. It looked simple and easy to setup. The cool thing was that it looked different from a lot of the other ones. I guess I did alright, cause the guys keep complimenting the clarity and tight low-end. I highly recommend it!

This is my first projector. I have wanted one for years but could not get myself to pull the trigger. I have only used it for online gaming so far and I love it. Setup was very easy and the picture is really good even on my painted wall with the lights on but I did just recently order a portable screen. I would give it 10 stars if I could. B&H Photo shipped the projector very fast.
