Great addition to my Intel NUC mini pc. Waiting on my aluminum thermal piece.

This is a very powerful compact PC. It was well packaged and is easily assembled. It comes apart very easily. Unscrew the four screws on the base. It has thermal padding for the SSD's. Extremely fast, single core scores. It does run hot, but the fan sound when running is not annoying.

We purchased this item because our PC was running on unusually high temperatures. We reapplied the thermal paste using the Corsair XTM50 High Performance Thermal Paste Kit and it worked even better than anticipated! It brought down temperatures from 85+ degrees to as low as 34 degrees. There was a cheaper option but I am glad I went with this one!

I received my PC and I like the quality component it's using and the aesthetic design. It looks like this machine would also needs additional fans on top for maximum thermal performance when the CPU and GPU are both at max usage. The GPU temp goes up close to 87C when gaming at max GPU fan speed. Taking off the tapered glass make the thermal performance a lot better. I think there is room for thermal optimization in this chassis but overall I like the build quality!
