I bought this after reading Richard's excellent review, and was not disappointed. I am using it to copy old negatives and slides, using my DSLR and an old screw-mount 50mm macro lens, mounted on a tripod. Great results so far with good original negatives. Have not tried it yet with dense or other difficult negatives, but do not expect any problems. Am very impressed with the uniform illumination and overall feel of the product. 5 |

I use the cable mostly as my car charger and it is great. Also I've used it to transfer files to PC and back. It's long, somewhat too long even, for my taste but the shorter version was out of stock. The cable is solidly built, sturdy and reliable. 5 |
