Awesome Mouse! Other mouses arent vertical enough but this one really does help alleviate the pain.  Great if you have a large hand and the middle button is quite convenient.  Would recommend also buying a wrist support pad.

Mouse is one of the modern instruments most of us use most during the day, and incredibly enough not much thought in terms of ergonomic design is given by manufacturers. This mouse is excellent. I used to have minor pains after prolonged usage, until I found this mouse.. Hope more manufactures start giving more serious thoughts to mouses. I know the price is high, but how much is a healthy right hand / arm worth?

This grip allow longer battery use and an ergonomic vertical handling while preserving the autofocus button, moving the autofocus area and type of autofocus. Very reliable, really nice, ergonomic mouse and solid keyboard

I'm a trackball convert. I was having a lot of wrist pain using my trackpad or mouse. The trackball is very ergonomic for me -- very comfortable and very intuitive. I really like the scrolling ring.
