Pentax Film Camera Project

That is what I need for my Pentax K1000 film camera.

My last camera was for my college photo class...a 1986 Pentax K1000, film! After that, all I used was basic point n' shoot or phone cameras. This is a big learning curve for me, but so far, it's pretty intuitive! I need to do a little more studying and playing for sure. It's lightweight, the screen is a great size! I really think this was the perfect choice for a novice like me! Plus, I love that it looks a bit like my vintage Pentax :-)

I had just finished editing a project in which I spoke to the camera about an upcoming film when the Ledgo LG-#2686 arrived. I decided that what I had done could look better and decided to try the new light. Glad that I did! The softness of the light as well as the temperature control resulted in very pleasing results. The Eggcrate Grid that easily slips over the fixture softened the light and shadows. The included carrying case is very nice with compartments to hold the light fixture and separate pockets for the cords and transformer. I think that this will be a very useful lighting tool for me.

I bought this film for a school project with a large-format camera. When I hand developed the film, the images were absolutely perfect!!! Razor sharp clarity and very fine grain. I would highly recommend this film as a beginner. It was the first time I had ever used a large-format camera and my pictures came out great.

I use this film with every medium format project I have and the film always turns out great.

Of course I’d find this piece at b and h, they never disappoint! I especially love I can find anything for my film camera Pentax K 1000 where a lot of other places no longer carry. I’ve shopped here since forever.

A friend found their 35 mm Pentax camera that uses actual film. I was excited to see that I could give them an early present.
