It has great bass, I'll explain the Lows, Mids and Highs below: Highs: Very crisp/natural Mids: Perfectly balanced Lows: Great bass, not too much not too low. Bass is only there is bass is present in the track you're listening to. Below is the genre these headphones are recommended for: Dubstep Rap (Most tracks) Any genre of rock Jazz Blues R&B Pop My personal opinion: These are the best on-a-budget headphones you can get for the amazing low price. Wayyyyyy better than the Beats by Dr. Dre Pro or any other celebrity headphone. They're stylish, a great alternative to the Beats by Dr. Dre if you were considering the Beats by Dr. Dre for looks. They're very comfortable, after using them for 10 minutes, you forget you even put them on. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone. The cable is very durable but the only Con would be it's NOT removable, but they make up for this with a very durable thick cable. These headphones are great! I kept looking for something that could out do Dr. Dre Beats and these kicked BEATS to the curb hands down and the price is great. The two year warranty is an added plus.. I love them. Great purchase.

The Philips Fidelio X2HR Headphones I purchased at a savings of $150.00 off the regular price are excellent. I use them to monitor recordings I make of my LPs to a digital format on my desktop. The sound is clear and true to the original recording and they fit very comfortably on my head. I will also use them to simply listen to my LPs in quiet comfort.

I have two pair Philips Bluetooth headphones. I used the optical out on my TV to the Aluratek to transmit sound to headphones. Easy to set up on all ends. TV has a delay that will drive you crazy so its an either or proposition. Headphones or TV sound but never both. But now my wife and I have our own volume settings so its perfect for us. Great stereo sound. I would recommend and buy again.

I was worried at first that they might be too big even in the smallest setting but they fit great. They have really nice padding on the ear pieces and on top. Connecting to his computer was super easy and now he can do his homework and play his math game without being disturbed by other noises. I really love that the volume only goes to a certain level. That way I don’t have to worry about it being too loud and hurting his ears. Also the blue color is super cute. Very happy

My five year old son has gone through a few sets of headphones and ear buds mostly from my young daughter breaking them. These were given to him for his birthday and so far they are holding up very well and he loves them.

This Philips Fidelio X2HR choice was my first open-backed headphones after always using closed-backed. It was a great choice. The sound is much better than I was used to and the comfort level on the ears and head is also much more comfortable. I am not an audiophile like some of the other reviewers, yet I am very pleased with my choice. I highly recommend these headphones.
