Philips M1 Fidelio Headphones With Mic

The Philips Fidelio X2HR Headphones I purchased at a savings of $150.00 off the regular price are excellent. I use them to monitor recordings I make of my LPs to a digital format on my desktop. The sound is clear and true to the original recording and they fit very comfortably on my head. I will also use them to simply listen to my LPs in quiet comfort. 5 |

This Philips Fidelio X2HR choice was my first open-backed headphones after always using closed-backed. It was a great choice. The sound is much better than I was used to and the comfort level on the ears and head is also much more comfortable. I am not an audiophile like some of the other reviewers, yet I am very pleased with my choice. I highly recommend these headphones. 5 |

I really like this headset I did want to compare the virtual surround on these and my razer thresher ultimate headset when it came to gaming with them The Philips Fidelio X2HR sounded good but there are some sounds that can not be picked up when gaming as I have heard and seen in some youtube reviews that have said otherwise The sound is great on the Philips Fidelio X2HR for gaming But there just better for thrasher music and heavy bass They really kick I highly recommend these 5 |

The mic sounds great, it's convenient and it's built well enough for the price. I matched mine with the Philips SHP9500 headphones, and couldn't be happier. Absolute value king combination. 5 |

I recently received a used headphone amp (Little Dot I+) as a gift. This gift prompted me to give traditional over-ear headphones another try after a 35 year hiatus. I had given up on this type of headphone because the clamping pressure was always too much for my XXL sized head. I did some research and found that the Fidelio X2HR’s supposedly fit big headed folk, were well respected, and used an open-back design that produced an impressive soundstage. I decided to give them a try and I’m really glad I did. The clarity, detail and soundstage of these headphones is amazing and thankfully they are very comfortable. I also really appreciate the excellent build quality and standard (non-proprietary) single sided and replaceable cord. I definitely recommend the Fidelio X2HR’s. For those who are new to headphones like me, remember that an open-back design is best used in a quiet corner of your home since external sound is not blocked and anyone nearby can hear your music. I’ve experienced impressive soundstage using quality speakers but quality headphones are a whole new ballgame. 5 |

open-back headphones provide a more natural sounding experience with a wide soundstage. The price paid for this is sound leakage to the outside and - often - weak response in the low frequency region. However, Philips has managed to achieve a warm and rich sound with powerful bass already in the Fidelio X1. In next flagship, these qualities are not only preserved, but also improved. The improvement in the sound of the Fidelio X2 versus the X1 is obvious. Headphones are noticeably better at handling voices, brass instruments, cymbals, and subtle nuances in the high frequency range. The bass is booming and full-bodied, but they have become more balanced, better controlled. The sound signature of the Fidelio X2 and X1 is similar, but the new flagship sounds more mature. The response across the entire frequency range is smoother, which will certainly appeal to audiophiles and personal audio enthusiasts. Music is played more pleasantly and naturally, but still fun, without monitor dryness. In addition, headphones are well suited not only for listening to music - surround sound and powerful bass help to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of movies or games, explosions and various effects sound great 5 |

I have two pair Philips Bluetooth headphones. I used the optical out on my TV to the Aluratek to transmit sound to headphones. Easy to set up on all ends. TV has a delay that will drive you crazy so its an either or proposition. Headphones or TV sound but never both. But now my wife and I have our own volume settings so its perfect for us. Great stereo sound. I would recommend and buy again. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Philips kids headphones are great. I got them for my 6 year old who has a smaller head. I was worried at first that they might be too big even in the smallest setting but they fit great. They have really nice padding on the ear pieces and on top. Connecting to his computer was super easy and now he can do his homework and play his math game without being disturbed by other noises. I really love that the volume only goes to a certain level. That way I don’t have to worry about it being too loud and hurting his ears. Also the blue color is super cute. Very happy 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Philips BT Kids headphones are well made. My five year old son has gone through a few sets of headphones and ear buds mostly from my young daughter breaking them. These were given to him for his birthday and so far they are holding up very well and he loves them. 5 |
