I got this today and it works great with my cell phone, it even came with a 3.5mm to 3.5 mm cable for cellular use...I was surprised..also do yourself a favor..install the gain jumpers as stated in the directions..it will give you more audio on a noisy day. HTH 5 |

It's silent. Like it's-not-switched-on-at-all silent. Yet it chomps data for breakfast. Fast. Byte by terabyte. I use it to back up movie jobs-in-production on my movie Mac. The in-Mac 2Tb drive/s handle the storage and processing, which is then backed up to this data-hungry carnivore. Which means that movies in progress are always backed up - so if there is ever a Mac crash, the data is no more than a few hours out of date. No, I'm not using Time Capsule because . . . well, I don't want to. That's easy. Go on. Buy two! 5 |

I bought this smaller one to use to protect my 4 ups drives I use for backups. Yes you read that right my data is backed up to 4 separate ups drives. I will be getting a 5 shortly. EX computer tech who has seen way to many drives go bad and the horrible look on peoples faces when all their data, pictures, movies, word documents are lost. 5 |
