Phone C Connector To Usb

3 useful cables for the car or go-bag. The USB-C connector has a lot of plastic around it, so be wary if your phone case has a small opening for chargers. 5 |

I have a Moto Z Force phone with a USB-C connector. I purchased the SC3 adapter and I have a USB to 3.5mm adapter. I could not get this mic to work with my phone. I am not sure whether this is the phone or the mic but most likely it is the phone since this is specifically designed to work with a phone headset and I have to go through two adapters to get to USB-C. It seems to be well constructed and Rode has an excellent reputation therefore I am giving it 5 stars and letting you know that it won't likely work with a phone without a headset jack even with adapters. 5 |

If you have any USB related needs (phone charging, thumb drives, mouse, keyboard or tablet) you need a connection hub. The HyperDrive Pro provided what I needed to function with a mac laptop in a compact way. There are some out there that have three USB ports (HyperDrive has two), but they dangle from a wire connector. I purchased this because it fits firmly up against the computer for carrying and space consideration. I was pleased to know that it had a HDMI connector and digital film chip reader slots. So far no problems and much needed. 5 |

I bought 2, and both are excellent. The only draw back is the lack of USB-C connector. 5 |

Love the stylus has a usb-c connector. One fewer cable to tote around. 5 |

I love that it has both xlr and usb. My only complaint is that it doesn't use a USB C type connector. The micro USB is flimsy and the cable it comes with is cheap. I had to purchase a higher quality cable. 5 |

I have another review that I wrote about this mic, but B&H's website doesn't appear to let me update that review. I've now been using this mic almost daily for over a year. The audio is crisp and clear, background noise is kept to a minimum, and people on the other end of the meeting/phone call give compliments on the detail that this mic captures. I used to use a condenser mic, but that also had the annoying feature of picking up a lot of 60Hz hum. This mic doesn't do that and I didn't have to make any adjustments to the room either. For the person who mentioned they couldn't fit it in a shockmount, it has one internally. That is why the mic is the size that it is. For those complaining about the USB port, mine hasn't had any issues. I accidentally bent the micro usb connector on the cheap cable they shipped with it and the mic survived just fine. The cable, on the other hand, was useless after that. I solved this problem by finding a 90 degree USB adapter so that the connector isn't pointing straight out the back of the mic. It now sits mostly flush and swiveling the mic is more likely to cause the adapter to disconnect at the other end. If your laptop, like mine, is usb-c only, don't try to buy long usb-c to usb-c cables. They are crazy expensive. Instead, try to buy a usb-c to mini or micro usb-b cable. They are much cheaper. My setup is usb-c to micro usb (10 feet), then an adapter from micro-usb to usb-c (1 inch), and then finally a short usb-c to 90 degree micro-usb adapter (6 inches). 5 |

Very well done. The USB connector retracts easily. Looks like it's going to last long. 5 |

USB 3.0 is very fast and the connector is better designed than USB 2.0. The mini USB will become lose after sometime. 5 |

Works great, you can plug the device in a usb-c connector. It does not take much space. Achieving what I was looking for. 5 |
