Phone Cases Comparable To Otterbox Defender

Otterbox Defender Sreies one of the better ones. Ive used this one for years ever since the note 3 phone series.

I love the otterbox defender. Had the same case on my old phone and it after three years it was in mint condition.

This is my 3rd iPad product. The Defender cases is on all of them and also all of my iPhones I have had past and present. I gave the case 5 stars, however, there are 2 small problems. I also got the Apple Pencil (which was worried it might have a problem with the protected screen covering-works like a champ) I am not crazy about how part of the rubber has to be lifted so pencil can go next to iPad Pro when it is being charged-but this is about the only thing Otterbox could do with the way Apple set up the charging. Also the stand for me stands to straight up and the other one lays to flat but as heavy as it is this is the way it has to be. Otterbox has the best cases as far as I am concern. I

Bought one of these as an upgrade to the Otterbox Defender cases I have been using previously, primarily for the increased protection factor the frame offers. (the Otterboxes keep breaking on the corner where the S Pen sits). Contact with the Staff at B+H has been fantastic, the website was easy to purchase through and it was shipped quickly. The cage itself is absolutely fantastic, extremely durable and protective, whilst also having a LOT of attachment points for various equipment items. Would 100% reccommend.

I always get the Defender series to protect my phones. I'm not disappointed with this one. I love it. I only put Otterbox cases on my electronic devices because they protect the device really well.

I have purchased OtterBox Defender series device cases since the release of the iPhone 3GS. I own OtterBox Defender series cases for iPhones: 3GS, 4, 4+, 5, 6S+, 11 Pro Max, & iPad 10.4’ & iPad Pro 12.9’. Every device has never broken regardless the fall, toss or kick, had the iPad Pro 12.9” fall off the top of a 5 foot 9 inch refrigerator to a concrete floor with out a scratch or bruise to the iPad or case. Amazing cases, AMAZING! So say a little price, I’m telling you worth EVERY PENNY. Thank OtterBox, keep doing it right!

I have yet to have a problem with Otterbox cases. The defender case for the IPad is great although it makes my IPad a bit heavy. This is something I can live with knowing my $650 device is proctected. Great deal from B&H for the case it is about 20 more at @

The FoneMate is far and above other phone adapters I've tried. I have a large cell phone with an even larger OtterBox Defender case on it, and fits very well. My very first image with an 8 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope was impressive for a cell phone photo. I imaged Jupiter while it was only about 28 degrees above the horizon, so the seeing (atmospheric turbulence) was dreadful, but still managed to get some detail. See attached image.

I don't think I would have a phone without OtterBox protection. When I get a new phone, I don't use it until the case is on it. Thanks for making the Defender Pro!

I have an Otterbox Defender for my phone and iPad. I’ve dropped my phone plenty of times and it’s just fine. No worries with the Defender!
