The M1 chip rocks! For my use, this chip is a delight to work with. I was almost using my iPad Pro more than Mac due to the great battery life and power over my 2016 MacBook Pro. I normally do some photo editing, normal content consumptions, emails etc, and occasional video editing. My 2016 MacBook Pro used to use 50%+ battery within an hour or two. This M1 Macbook goes on and on and on ... . In addition to battery, the power the M1 gives - I absolutely do not need anything more at this point. There are faster versions coming in 2021 and 2022, but I am really glad I bought this. The battery has not seen below 79% in last 3-4 weeks. Everything runs butter smooth. Native apps are super performance. The intel apps I use work perfect with Rosetta as described by Apple. The new magic keyboard is superb. Makes the feel lot more premium than the butterfly keyboard on 2016 MacBook Pro. Glad they kept the Touch Bar . I like it a lot. What more do I wish for - probably 120 Hz or a Mini LED display and that would do it for my checkboxes. 5 |

I need a durable computer for photo editing on the go and this performs nicely. It also runs a few iPad Apps that I prefer, like lumafusion. I'm delighted with this computer. 5 |

Still waiting on a few of the apps to have an M1 version for my music editing, but I bought this specifically to become a mobile music studio. Works great for that, and this sucker is fast! Love it 5 |
