I was worried about it leaking, but I took it when I went snorkeling and although it doesn't look great where it's darker in the water, it worked great. I was able to carry my Cannon around with me and take some pictures while I lounged in the water. You have to make sure there's no droplets on the front of the lens or they'll come out in the picture, but you can see the display fairly well from the back. It's great for trips where they'll be water. Good and fairly inexpensive investment. The picture I attached is one I took with my camera submerged while I was snorkeling. ... unless you have a battery leak inside. When that happens, there is a 50-50 chance the light is ruined. This is actually a replacement for one I used to carry because I ruined a light with a leaking battery. I like to have (at least) two lights with me when I am out hiking for safety. This is the LED version and the light is so much brighter. To solve the leaking issue, I also bought a Watson Case for 4 AA or AAA Batteries (3-Pack Blue) so that I can carry the flashlight and batteries separately. Problem solved! 5 |

Double the battery capacity for the best cell cam on the market. Seriously, 16 double AAs, or two Lit 22s or one Lit 22 and 8 double AAs. You don't need to touch this thing all year. Especially amazing if you're in deep woods and can't get a ton of sun for the solar models. Highly recommend this camera! 5 |
