I have a 23 monitor and was wondering how much of a lateral angle i could get out of the 7 arm mounted to a flat wall. It is no problem, i get just about 45 degrees. plus i mounted it near a corner so this thing actually turns the corner and is perfectly viewable from two rooms of the house!

Well made all metal ultra wide angle lens for m4/3rds. An excellent solution if you need a rectilinear ultra-wide and stop it down a bit. Sharp from corner to corner at f4. In focus from about a meter to infinity at f5.6 with very slight vinetting gone by f4 and a bit. Mounted on a PenF it makes a very compact kit. My only issue is that the manual focus is difficult for my aging eyes. Mounted on a G9 the huge EVF solves that issue but makes a much larger presence. Of course, the huge depth of field at f4 or 5.6 solves the focus issue. Well worth the price and a small, light weight addition to the camera bag.

I bought one of these many years ago to use on my DSLR's but never used it and just kept it somewhere. Yesterday on my R5 pictures, I thought I saw a UFO on one corner, and a Balloon on the other corner! I thought to myself, this can't be... they can't be coming together to invade us all at once! So I took lots of pictures at the skies above me, so I can have an idea when they will land on earth, or when they get shot by the US military to protect us... Alas, these two things on my screen never moved, even when I shoot my wall... so I thought I was just being paranoid. I went to my backyard and dug up my plastic barrel where this thing called Carson Sensor Magnifier was stored, it's been there for more than a decade, luckily the batteries did not leak, but the light was now very weak. A new pair of CR2032 batteries made this thing work ! Now I see two dust particles on my R5's sensor, it was difficult at first because I just held it on my hand while the camera was on a tripod. The technique is to move the magnifier towards the sensor, or move back up a little to see a clear picture of the sensor. Now I see a clear picture, I did not see a balloon or a UFO ! Time to order some sensor fluid though as my Dust wand kit's sensor fluid has evaporated!

The combination of the R6 and this lens is one of the best I have owned. The pictures are sharp and clean without being crispy. And they are sharp from corner to corner.
