Pinhole Projector For Large Screen

The pinhole is large enough to see through the viewfinder and small enough to give a great pinhole look.

The projector worked out excellently for my needs of projecting my latest movie on a large screen where I had the premiere. The Baltic Birch 4x5 pinhole camera is the perfect introduction to both large format photography and pinhole photography. I've used the camera with film and paper and am very pleased with its performance. If you want to explore pinhole photography with negatives that are large enough for beautiful enlargement, you need this camera. The construction is solid and beautiful. The camera features two tripod screws, one for portrait and one for landscape mode. Whether you're using film with a 4x5 film back (not included) or paper, this camera is fun to use and the exposure guide that comes with it is amazingly accurate. I didn't waste one piece of film or paper because I used the guide. It was also easy to order on the B&H site and you can pay with Paypal, which is a very good feature for me. I'm glad that B&H is flexible and able to provide multiple pay possibilities. Shipping was fast and the camera was packed to the maximum with big bubble wrap and a smaller box inside the larger one. B&H cares for its customers, even for a small purchase like this one.

Using this to decode an NDI source to a projector in Church services with live stream. We previously were sending the Presentation Laptops screen to the OBS computer via NDI, and used a separate proprietary wireless video feed to the main projector. Got this so we can use the same NDI source for both and eliminate the wireless projector feed. It is working well. One thing to be aware of: the projector will display will go blank in a couple of seconds if there is no video and audio activity when using NDI Screen Capture as the source. This can be an issue during power points with static screens. You can set the decoder to keep the last thing displayed on the screen or allow it to go blank. I prefer it to go blank so I know something is wrong right away. You can also resolve by making sure the NDI Screen Capture is using an active audio source (like the microphone). This decoder has been reliable and is reasonably priced. Perhaps other decoders won't have the inactivity issue but they are also more expensive. This has not been a show stopper for us.
