Pioneer Stereo Receivers Reviews

I've been using Pioneer stereo products since the '80s. This is the first piece of computer hardware I've purchased from them and it is a fine piece of equipment. Very well made and engineered! 5 |

Hooked it up to my 50+ year old Pioneer stereo, and out came the sound. As others have noted, even when turned off the unit continues to seek its pairing partner. But easily remedied by simply unplugging till the next use. 5 |

Use these for running lavs receivers into a mixer/recorder. No problems, but you have to be aware that it doesnt work for some devices depending on mono/stereo issues. For example this doesnt work to run a Sennheiser G4 RX unit into a single XLR input- that requires a stereo mini to split XLR channels. 5 |

Perfect replacement chord for some stereo receivers; in my case an RS 700 Yamaha receiver. Also works for some Fender guitar amplifiers. Did the job perfectly. 5 |

I spent a lot of time reading reviews for bookshelf speakers for my OnkyoTX-NR676 Stereo w/Pro-ject Debut Carbon Turntable, Kenwood CD changer and Pioneer Tape Deck (which is in my small office 14'x11') , and in contention in my under $250 price range were not only these ELAC Debut 2.0 speakers, but also Klipsch R-41M and Pioneer SP-BS22-LR. So far(3 weeks), these ELAC speakers came out of the box working/sounding really well at both low and high volumes, and I am glad I picked them. mvm 13.May.2020 5 |

This unit replaced my failing Pioneer receiver. After much research, the great reviews and the price point of this unit were the selling factors for me. The Sony is easy to set up and I am very happy with my purchase. The Sound from my surround sound speakers is much better than with the older unit I had. This Sony is a great product for a very reasonable cost. 5 |

I have been studying reviews on receivers for over a year before purchasing a new receiver. When Sony got back into the market I waited for the reviews. Andrew Robinson was right. Sony’s 3d sound is crazy. It does what it says. My room is not perfect for speaker placement. After the room calibration and answering a few questions on distance. I’m at the center of the room. This has all the power to dive my 5.2.2 setup. I have plans to expand and I know it will handle everything I throw at it. Thank you B&H for putting it on sale for the short time you did. Research your power needs and buy accordingly. You won’t be disappointed. 5 |

I use this mic system for professional video--after reading reviews for many different systems and knowing Azdens' reputation for having top quality products, I decided to go with this system. Many articles I've read say that it's better to go with a more professional wireless mic system, which I may do in the near future, but for now, this gets the job done--have tested it in my studio and the sound is superb. It only records in monaural, but that's no problem--I have a mono-to-stereo adapter that will ensure stereo audio for any pro video. As far as things that are not so great, I don't really have anything to say in that regard--I'm sure it will do well in the field, don't forsee any problems. Great product, highly recommended for any pro or hobbyist. 5 |

I first purchased the Rode VideoMic (non stereo). I was very disappointed because the reviews online where RAVING about that mic, mostly due to it's $ price tag and the fact that it does output ok sound. Most people seemed to overlook the STEREO VIDEO Mic; I know I did because it did cost about twice as much. But let me tell you, THIS MIC IS WORTH IT! The sound is VERY crisp, my first use of it was at a concert. I was basically on stage, and it was extremely loud. I was worried that this mic would be overburdened and record distorted muffled sound. It didn't. I recorded the performance flawlessly! If you're a pro-sumer or even a professional videographer that needs a relatively inexpensive yet sturdy mic, this is the one to buy.Pros: -made from metal, feels more sturdy-is full stereo, no need for that extra step in post production of duplicating a mono track-shock mounted so it muffles movement-looks greatCons:-honestly...none right now. 5 |

I got his camcorder few months ago. There is nothing to complain except I just read the reviews here. I am really surprise with 2 or 3 reviews that complain about the stutter issue. Please can you guys repeat and explain again in detail stutter like what? I have video using a tripod in a night club (my in-law birthday party) which also means lots of people passed by and running around as well. I use the wire remote to zoom in and out. I never feel or see any issue that you guys complain about. May be those are lemon ones? I am mr. Sony (LOL) all my toys are from Sony: car stereo, car amplifier, home stereo, TV, camera, camcorder, headphone for over 50 years of my life. Not one problem. I love Sony for their product and their price as well. With this new camcorder I am very happy, by the way I just upgrade from my old Sony camcorder HDR-CX700V, which I also dearly love it. There is only one minor issue which is this Sony AX53 is a little big, wish Sony made it smaller just like the HDR-CX700V that I am used to. Besides that there is nothing to complain about this new gem. 5 |
