Plantronics Blackwire 315 Usb Headset

It offers both a USB connection for my computer and a headset jack for my phone. I downloaded Plantronics software for my Windows 10 PC. I am very pleased with this product 5 |

Purchased this to attempt to upgrade an old Plantronics USB headset with foam ear pads. I liked the foam pads because it didn't isolate outside noise too much which means sidetone isn't quite as important. Comparing these to those, these are more comfortable, but I haven't fully adjusted to increased isolation yet. The adjustment on the headset was pretty loose on one side and would adjust the height when taking the set off. I ended up removing the screws on that side and bending the metal piece to add some stiffness. It's lame that I had to do that, but it now works perfectly. Overall, I don't think I could have found a better headset for my needs, which are conference calls and music. 5 |

Paired it up with my Plantronics wireless headset and everything works great 5 |

I have a VERY OLD headset and M-12 base from long ago. Unfortunately, the headset gave out. But Plantronics still has compatible replacements such as the HW530. B&H did their usual excellent support and had me a replacement within a few days. 5 |

I'm using this to replace a cheap in-ear headset that came with one of my Smartphones year ago. I could not believe how comfortable the new Plantronics would be. It's great for hour-long Google Hangouts/Meet and Zoom. People actually mentioned that my voice is much clearer and that there's very little ambient noise, even when someone else in the same room is on a call at the same time. The mute button only mutes on the headset but the volume buttons on the headset control the volume within Linux. I even like listening to music through it. 5 |

As usual, Plantronics serves up another terrific product. This is my second Voyager Headset and it's better than the first one I bought 8 or 9 years ago. Keep up the great work. 5 |

I purchased this to replace an older Plantronics headset with a failing, no longer supported battery. The CS540 lasts all day and has a far greater range than the one it replaced. It is a little difficult to find the right and most comfortable ear gel piece but I can wear it all day and not have a problem. 5 |

My IT group at work provides this headset to employees, so I'm used to it, and when my old Plantronics at home started acting up I took the easy route and ordered this after seeing how ridiculously many headsets are out there. The sound is decent, and the mic works well. The ear cups can get a little warm during a long call, but not terribly so. I do wish the cable was a few feet longer sometimes, but it works fine on a short USB extension if needed. 5 |

I have used the Plantronics StarSet H31CD Headset for over 33 years as a 911 dispatcher. Obviously, I love this model. It is lightweight, very comfortable, and has good incoming and outgoing sound quality. I would highly recommend you purchase the extended warranty on it, though. I've had several of these headsets last for years, but my last one stopped working right at about 1 year. The extended warranty I purchased on it was well worth the price, as I got a refund on my full purchase price, and put that towards purchasing another one (for which I also purchased another extended warranty). 5 |

This is my favorite paper for many things, though I have no clue why the discontinued the 315 GM version, which I prefer. 5 |
